Orthodontic Associates- Laurel

Doctors are nice and all is well until you start talking about money. Watch your claims and the payments you pay. They will rip you off and never have time to discuss your invoices with you. The lady that handles the insurance claims have MAJOR attitude. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!

My coworker recommended this practice to me. As an adult patient, I really appreciate a professional and welcoming doctors office and this is what Orthodontic Associates provides. I first came to this practice in 2012, to replace a lost retainer. I have received wonderful care. During the consultation, the orthodontist listened to my needs and offered me several solutions. I did not feel pressured or intimidated. The whole process was professional and pleasant. I chose to purchase two replacement retainers and to come each month for retainer adjustments to correct small shifts in my teeth that resulted from not wearing my old retainers.
The previous commenter stated that Orthodontic Associates administer excellent care and are busy. I have found both to be true. The office is always full, but I have never waited longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room or in treatment room.

1 star for always hectic, busy, understaffed office. The actual work is 4 stars.
