Typical older Marshall’s store, but updated and cleaned up– yet, still needs improvements with merchandizing and personnel.
PROS
Clean, and for the most part well stocked
Better check out service
Plenty of convenient and easy parking
Excellent selection of housewares, menswear and ladies
work and formal dresses
Shoe department is hit or miss on selection
CONS
The store is ALWAYS too hot and muggy
When the store is a mess it is A HOT MESS — kids stuff mixed with adult – you’ll waste your time trying to find what you need is not where it should be
The shoe department is in the most awkward space in the store and needs to be moved to a place where they have more seating to try on the shoes and more mirrors
They have jewelry, but it is the worst display ever… a small table near the front of the store with no mirror.

I LLOOVVEE this Marshall’s. I go everytime I get paid. Not to mention they redid the whole store to be a lot more convenient and up to date! There is stuff in here for everybody!!! I don’t know about your Marshall’s but PG Plaza & Laurel’s are the sh! t especially if you a stylish chick like me. The staff here are ssssssoooooo nice!!! You may have to sort through some items to find that «special piece» but believe me, it’s there! Make sure you go the evening of a shipment!

Since the renovation, the store is cleaner, however since the renovation I have not been that successful with finding ca-ute shoes. The housewares area is decent, but that’s the only area of the store that keeps it consistent. When they’re hot… They’re hot, but when they’re cold… They’re WAY COLD. The kids clothes section have reasonable prices as well, but the only downfall is the same items are also sold in the competitions store. Despite the inconsistencies, I’ll be back.
