History

Established in 2013.

We are passionate about healthy food and living, educating future generations, and building thriving communities around us. We’ve grown up and been educated, worked, and traveled around the world over the past three decades — raised in Nigeria and Pakistan and coming of age in North America with rich experiences across Europe and the Middle East.

We have grown and evolved into roles of public and private educators, while raising our own families. We’re bringing our talents, passions, and love together in order to build a unique concept in the Washington DC metro area — an inspiring space that provides healthy foods and sweet natured treats made from the best local, organic and non-​GMO ingredients, a haven that allows families to pursue their interests, their passions, and grow their networks and communities. We are driven to build significance — great food, curated, inspiring moments for our customers, and a breathtaking learning and play experience for children in our communities.
