History

Established in 2001.

I received massage training from Potomac Massage Training Institute, Washington, DC in 2000. Other massage training includes Reflexology, Craniosacral, Fertility, Prenatal, Reiki, Raindrop Technique, Acupressure/​Shiatsu and Myofascial Release.

My experience includes working with a diverse clientele; which allows me to use a variety of techniques, to be creative and customize each session based on the client’s need. I approach each opportunity to aid in my client’s well being with gratitude.

My purpose as a massage therapist is to improve body awareness and a better well being, through positive touch. Whether your goal is for relaxation or to help with a more serious injury, I can work with you to help achieve your goals.

I received massage training from Potomac Massage Training Institute, Washington, DC in 2000. I have continued to study and take classes over the years to broaden my experience and expertise.

Massage is an interconnection of the mind, body and spirit. No longer is massage just considered an indulgence, it is recognized as an effective treatment for many health conditions.
