Dottrio is the first Public Adjuster firm in Maryland to also be licensed as a General Contractor. We are a Maryland based Limited Liability Company. Dottrio is a member of the American Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, the International Association of Professional Contractors, the Building Trades Association, United Policyholders, the Laurel Board of Trade, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Windstorm Insurance Network, and the National Association of Insurance Umpires. We are a proud American Red Cross Ready Rating business member and supporter. Dottrio provides expert claims assistance on losses resulting from Fire, Smoke, Wind, Hail, Water Damage, Hurricane, Tornado, Vandalism, Burglary, and other perils. Our full range of insurance claims and property services are available to commercial and residential property owners including but not limited to: Public Insurance Adjusting Services, Property Insurance Claims Umpire & Appraisal Services.

History

Established in 2006.

Beginning as a sole proprietorship with a focus on insurance restoration contracting in 2006 the company was named Dottrio and registered as a Limited Liability Company in 2012. Dottrio now provides Public Adjusting services throughout Maryland and specializes in the Insurance Appraisal process.
