History

Established in 2001.

CJ’s Catering startded out in Northwest Louisiana. It all started in a small college town where all the local college students and local community young people came together every week to dance and have a good time. Thursday, Friday and Satuday nights, CJ cooked hot meals for those coming out of the local club. At that time the local restaurants were closed so CJ and the Club owner agreed for him to set in a parking lot of the facility and serve food to the public. Since then, CJ’s have made its way to the East Coast and have impressed his clients with Southern uniqueness of flavors in his food as well as the level service the staff provide comes together for a great experience and lasting memories.
