Safe, well cared for grounds, personal and interactive staff always checking in on your needs or concerns. Offer opportunities to meet and greet your neighbors which also increases security. Maintanence response is immediate or as soon as possible and respond quickly to unexpected events i.e. watermain break. Always listening to needs and concerns of residents and visibly addresses those concerns with flexibility and changes when possible.
I’ve looked at other places. You can’t beat this place.

We moved here from Indianapolis, the staff were wonderful they have went above and beyond to make our move an easy transition for my family and I. As far as location it is close to everything, every store you can think of. Townhouse and community very nice and clean. I have no negative comments, this place is perfect. I have never written a review in my life but I must share my experience. If your considering moving or relocating this is the place to be

Before moving out of this complex the mantamce personnel came into, our apartment, without, notification. He came into our apartment to inspect for damages. He, also left a form statimg he, had, been, there. We ask for two, more, days to complete our moving out. We were not, granted our request
It was difficult movimg out. We did mot have help as we needed. The manager does not have compassion when your having difficulties.
My daughter receibef s two warning because d he was parkef in handicapped parking and she had a packard. The manager dsid it did not matter. She had parked in a spot marked handicapped.
They rasied the rent much making it alnost possible to stay
I really did love the staff in spite of the above occurrences. Mrs Thresea lives to make feel at home. Her smiles like a babies first smile. She can be mean not do cross her

Lived here for a year. This place get worse and worse. Neighbor had garage party many times (several dude hang out in front of garage with loud music) until pass mid night. People hunk their horn at night (ya instead of call someone out by phone they prefer hunk and sit their lazy azz in the car). They are not as pets friendly as they claim. A lots of people don’t pick up dog poop. But the management only pick on certain family who never fail clean up after their pets (coward!!!). We paid pet rent and pet deposit $ 450 (non refundable), but some family didn’t (NEGOTIATE). Crime in the neighborhood (this is a deal breaker. I am moving out now). They only want to charge you extra money (move in & move out). And their staff lie to me with straight face.

Just recently moved here and I love my new neighborhood! It’s quiet and peaceful and feels completely safe! It’s conveniently located between DC and Baltimore just off the 295. There are plenty of shops and stores in the area and Columbia is just a short distance away to enjoy higher-​end malls, stores and restaurants. The MARC and Metro stations are a quick 15 min drive away for even easier access into the city. There are walking/​biking trails throughout the community and a nature preserve nearby. The property is maintained impeccably and the leasing office staff has been excellent from the day 1! I am very pleased that I chose Archstone Russett as my new home!
