If I could give zero stars, I would. These guys played a bait and switch game with me. They advertised the car that I was looking for, I called, Dennis confirmed that he had the vehicle. I arranged for a visit later on the same day. Right before I was ready to leave, I get a message from Pedro at the same shop, who says, «Sorry, but the car has been sold». I call Dennis again and he says, «No, we still have it. Pedro is wrong. And, in any case, we have several vehicles like this so you will definitely have what you are looking for». I got in the car and drove through rush hour traffic for over an hour. I got lost on the way and called Dennis again to get directions because my GPS was sending me to the wrong place. Again, Dennis never mentioned that he didn’t have the car and that I shouldn’t waste my time. When I came in, I was told that Dennis was «on call» and I was asked to wait. I waited for about 20 minutes. Someone came up to me and asked me if I want to see cars in the lot while Dennis is «on call». I walked out in the lot and asked the person to show me the car I came for. The sales person informed me that it was sold and they no longer had it, but «would you like to see something else?».
«NOOOO, — I say, — I came specifically for this one car. I am not interested in anything else. Where’s Dennis?»
«Well, you know, we don’t know ourselves. He was on a call until about five minutes ago and now we can’t seem to be able to locate him, but why don’t you look at other cars we have?»
I stormed out and went straight to the Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills and bought my car from them. Highly recommend this other place because AMKO Auto is shady and unprofessional. They basically had me come in knowing very well that they wouldn’t have what I needed and hoping that they would be able to push something else on me once I am in the shop.
Overall, it was a major waste of time and extremely offensive.

Just worked with Denis and Mark to get a new car at AMKO Auto in Laurel. Has a great experience, would recommend you go there.

i absolutely loved my experience at amko auto of laurel!!! my sales rep was kendra lewis and she is absolutely amazing! after working with another sales rep back in november! kendra stayed on top of my deal and today she helped me successfully get the car i desired! including the low monthly payment and insurance! i would like to thank the amazing manager medici as well for all of his assistance throughout the process! i highly recommend this location

I just got the car I’ve been looking for. My sales reps. Mark and Dennis did an excellent job and made sure I got the best deals to getting me into the Car that I wanted. Great Job Amko Auto!!!

It should be called Lemon City! Do not buy here or the Marlboro Pike one. They hide problems that Exist so you can purchase it and be stuck with a problem. 30 day warranty means nothing to them. It’s a crocked dealership!!! STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This 5 stars is for the car buying experience! It was great and Al really gave me a great deal. I love my Mazda truck and I was in and out in 2 hours. Gotta love that. I’ll update my review in 30 days (their warranty) to see if the car is everything it should be, just in case I paid for the extended 3 year manufacturers warranty. But if their shady I’ll definitely let you know!

Listen… one thing to know is that there will always be someone who has a negative experience with any company. There are people who have had bad experiences with Coca Cola! With that being said, my experience with Amko Auto was great! Mike B., my sales rep and KC the owner worked with me and my situation and I was able to walk out of there in a 2013 Toyota Corollla and it has been an awesome car! Mike B. Was very personable and professional and during my time there I felt like we became friends, sharing life experiences… he even met my kids and I met his girlfriend lol. KC came in and listened to my situation and worked with me and really came through for me… so yes… I support these guys. I say check it out and see what they have.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!
I went to this dealership with the plan and desire to purchase my first car. I found this dealer on
, where I spotted an Audi a4 in my price range. This dealer was just about 15 min from my house so it seemed perfect. My «perfect» scenario turned into a nightmare. I purchased the car 5÷13÷14, 5÷14÷14 the check engine light came on. From that day on I had one problem after another. Vehicle lights malfunction, low oil notification, brakes grinding, etc. The dealership gives you a 30 day warranty with them when you purchase a car, I returned my car to the dealer, and spoke to the owner who made the promise that my car would be fixed at whatever cost and to my satisfaction, if it was not than I would be refunded my money. The dealer took my car 5÷19÷14 to be sent off for repairs, which ideally would technically only be 6 days into the 30 day warranty period. Even tho, they had made an attempt prior to that to «fix» the car but was unsuccessful. My car wasn’t returned to me until 6÷19÷14, waayyy passed the warranty period. The car returned in worst condition, it had an extreme vibration, lights were still out and the check engine light came on again. I tried to return the car only to be ignored and avoided by the owner. The owner swears to have paid $ 4000 in repairs on my car and the car was no longer his problem. The reason he could avoid me is because he got his check in full, I don’t owe the dealer a dime. I hadn’t had my car in my physical possession 2 weeks and was now just stuck. I took my car to the Audi dealership the following week for a diagnosis and found out the car has a Major oil leak problem costing $ 1100, a slip in the transmission, needs extensive mechanical work and further diagnosis. I understand I purchased an expensive car but at A LEGIT dealership you don’t spend thousands to fix a car within the first few weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!
