All Tune and Lube

I’ve been here a few times for oil changes. The first couple of times were just okay. The price was comparable to anyplace else. However, this last time I was told there was ONE person ahead of me. There really was only one person in the lobby, so I thought I could expect a pretty quick «in and out» oil change. NOPE! Why was I there 4 HOURS! There was no problem, no additional work, just a 4-​hour oil change. ??? My car was on the rack, so I couldn’t leave, but I’m pretty sure I won’t return.

Needed a tune-​up; checked in by manager himself. They kept the car all day, but after piccking it up and driving off, leaks gallore. It took 2 more trips to repair secondary damage.
So frustating. The manager attempted to avoid me knowing I was pissed. Then the mechanic wanted me to come back for additional business.
You only get one time to screw up. If the deal sounds too good to be true…

I had a bad experience here. Why charge $ 15 for an oil change on Sundays if you charge triple the rest of the week? They quoted me $ 49 for an oil change on my car as they insisted that I needed synthetic oil. When I requested conventional oil as my dealer uses, they still quoted the same price. When I said no, a guy that I presumed was the owner gave me a lesson about synthetic oil. I really stopped in to have my tire fixed which should have taken maybe 15 minutes since no one was there. They kept my car for an hour just to plug the tire only because I refused the oil change. They charged $ 25 to plug the tire and convinced me it was reasonable by calling another shop and saying they quoted $ 48. What a hustle! If my car is ever in need of repair and I’m nearby I would rather push it to another shop and wait the extra hour.

Their service is suck, and not professional. They don’t know what is exactly problem with my car，they just want spend more money on wrong way .The employee there smoking in your car, and didn’t wear the glove while they working, that make my carbinet dirty with grease. That’s horrible place, I won’t be there again. cheating store, I will sue to get my money back.

Had a great experience here. They took care of my car which needed repairing and were pleasant throughout the whole process. They didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need, and were reasonably priced. They did a good job with the repairs that needed to be done. Overall, was very happy.

If you’re going to get a basic thing done (say oil change) then this place may be ok, but my recent experience with having them take a look at why my windshield wiper was not working (was a loose lug nut, which they charged me $ 75 to tighten — sigh), and to ask them to look at why my lighter was not working has not gone well.
The guy who worked on it couldn’t figure out why the lighter was not working, and I because I had already been there for 2 hours to get a nut tightened I didn;t have time to wait for him to figure out the lighter (apparently the mechanics take their time to come into work – even though they open at 8am, most of them strolled in at 8:30am). So he pulled my car up and the panel where the lighter is (plus my car-​seat-​heater buttons) was not put back properly. I mentioned to him that it didn’t look right and it needed to be replaced properly (and was annoyed initially that he would’ve just let me leave with a broken panel if I hadn’t noticed it). The guy then admitted that he broke the panel and the owner who was there apologized and said they would order another panel free of charge. I was told to come back the next morning, and when I did, was told that the panel had not come yet. I gave my number again and asked to be called when the panel would be ready. I never got a call from them, and had to call each week (now in week 3) to follow up with them (now I’m more annoyed that I have to call a company when they promised to call me).
Last Friday, I called to follow-​up again and the receptionist said to come in Monday at 8 am for it to be replaced. I gave him my name and phone number for the 3^rd time and asked them to call if anything changed before then. Monday morning, I show up and the receptionist says the part is not there. I told him I had very little patience left with their lack of communication. He apologized profusely, and promised he’d call me that afternoon with an update. I asked him if he still had my number in the system, and he said yes. I asked him to repeat my number to me, and he couldn’t because he didn’t have the number (busted!).
Maybe this is the kind of place that thinks because I’m a woman they can BS me (btw, all the other one-​star reviews on this place seem to be from women so maybe there is a point there), but I’ve lost confidence in their communication and will now send my husband who has way less patience and tact than I do to deal with them. If you cant find a part that you broke, COMMUNICATE that to me.
Needless to say, he never called me that afternoon and it’s now 3 weeks with no communication initiated on their part and my panel still broken. So much for excellence in customer service! They’ve certainly lost a regular customer in me and I’ll be taking my business to elsewhere… AFTER they fix my panel of course.

I gave a one star bc there was no option to give a zero. I bought the Groupon oil change deal and scheduled my oil change a week in advanced where they asked me my address phone number email over the phone. (Just to schedule an appointment?) On the day of my oil change appointment, I called ahead first thing in the morning at 8am to confirm my appointment just in case. The office guy didn’t even listen to what I was asking and said oh yeah we can take care of your oil change just come in. I corrected him and let him know I made an appointment last week I’m just confirming with him the 10:30am time is still good. He looked on his computer and said there was no record and asked for all my info again. Name address email address phone number. Then he said that 10:30am time was perfect. I got there on time and first thing they said was they are one person short today and really backed up. Told him I was here for the appointment and had called earlier this morning. He didn’t have any of my info and asked me AGAIN! And told me that there will be a $ 9ish dollar tax for the service. The Groupon cost me $ 20, what kind of tax rate does it get me to $ 9ish dollars in tax? And needless to say they were trying to get me to do all kinds of services and wanted to schedule another appointment for later that afternoon to work on it more. I may have needed some of those services like new air filter and transmission fluid and such but I’m not wasting any more of my time here. Did I mention I had I wait for 1 hour before they even got to work on my oil change? There was another customer that was there half an hour before me and she got pushed back behind me bc I had an appointment. Which worked out in my favor but I felt bad for her. Everyone’s busy these days. But they really need to have better management and tighten things up before they lose all their customers. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! Don’t go even if it’s cheap. They are so unprofessional and the office guy tried to flirt with me as soon as I arrived. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

every time you come in to get something done they try to make you buy more and more things to rip you off! The manager got mad at me because after I got my oil changed he wanted me to pay an extra $ 160 for all these special fluids for my car I told him I will have my friend who works on cars to check it out and he got mad at me and told me I should tell my friend to do my oil changes too! It was very rude and such a disrespectful comment to make I should not have to go through this each time I come in for an oil change!
Also, I recommend my friend to get an oil change here because it is cheap the manager tried to get my friend to buy extra stuff and got mad when my friend said no! The manager went on saying how my friend was going to kill people driving with this car without their service and laughing! Who tells someone that they are going to kill people?! Very disrespectful! Very unprofessional! I actually recorded the manager with a video saying such things… I will upload soon as Unilocal has video!

I came into this location with a living social deal for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was not as smooth as I would have expected. I spent over 2 hours waiting because they forgot to order a cabin filter which they recommended I change. Perhaps I’m used to jiffy lube at least vacuuming the inside of the car after an oil change but that wasn’t offered. A few days later I realized the shield panel under the car was loose and dragging on the ground. The tech undid it and never screwed it back on. I had to take a few hours off work to go get it fixed. They offered to latch it back on (not screw it) and the tech asked for a few dollars for his trouble. I was a bit taken aback considering this was a situation he created. In addition, I realized that two of my tire valve covers are now missing. It is just too much of a hassle.
Overall, everyone was pleasant. I am just wary of a place creating more problems not matter how petty it may seem

Just came back from this place. The AC of my car begin to have this intermittent compressor disengagement since about three weeks ago. This week, it’s pumping warm air 95% of the time when it’s above 80 °F outside. Called the dealer and the diagnostic itself would cost me 140+. My friend told me about All Tune and Lube so I took my car in this afternoon. In one hour (from 1:30pm to 2:30pm) they finished the inspection and fixed the problem (a bad AC relay connection that needs to be replaced). The total price (diagnostic/​fix/​labor/​parts)? 146! And indeed the owner Eric is polite. He took me into the garage and explain to me what’s going on. Can’t ask for more. I’ll be back for sure!

I came to the this location because I had a coupon for a $ 20 oil change. They found my front brakes were nearly smooth while doing an inspection; they were able to replace both the brakes and rotors in about an hour for around $ 400 (reasonable market price for these services). The staff took me out to the garage and showed me the damage and explained why the repairs were necessary. They were very polite and professional through the whole process. I’ll definitely be using this location again for future oil change and repairs.
