We offer the authentic Japanese and Thai dishes with many specialty fresh items from sushi bar such as Blue Fin Toro, Uni, fresh Big Eye Tuna, Hamachi, Albacore Tuna. We also have over 40 specialty rolls and our Harusame salad is a must for our regular customers. Our salad dressing is a unique blend of our home-​made sauce and ingredients which prepared by the same chef as 25 years ago! We also offer the full Thai menu such as the famous Pad Thai, the Whole Deep-​fried Snapper with variety of sauces, Grilled or deep-​fried boneless duck with variety of sauces or curry, or you can try the jumbo shrimp or soft shell crab with our home-​made sauces. Last, but not the least, we also offer many dishes of Lobster and Filet Mignon.

For the desserts, don’t forget the Tempura ice cream with Cheese Cake or the Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango (seasonal).

History

Established in 1985.

Su-​Shin restaurant has been established since January of 1985. It is one of the earliest japanese restaurant that open in Lauderdale. Since its inception, Su-​Shin restaurant has quickly become the favorite spot for all the locals as well as the tourists. We still have a lot of customers that came to the restaurant since its opening in 1985.

My wife (Varaporn) and I took over this restaurant in May 2008 and we have been renovated this restaurant extensively, including new wooden floor, new tables& chairs, new granite counter top, new paint, and new lighting system for the enjoyment of our customers. Even though my wife is a very good chef and she has the great passion of cooking, we still maintain most of the chefs and servers who work here before. We can assure that the quality of the food and service still in high standard as it was before.
