Ivy has been taking wonderful care of me over the past months. Just recently, she got a new laser for hair removal and what a pleasant surprise. It’s quick and effective. When using it on my legs, it feels like a warm massage. Can’t beat that! Thanks Ivy!

Love the procedure that I got and I have no complaints about the services provided… Only thing is that I would’ve loved more time with the doctor before the surgery but other that I love the results!!!

Did not receive radiesse what I paid for I was a demo model for Radiesse last year I know the thickness of the gel and the swelling that follows, my skin was seeping waterlike substance when I got into my car, it’s suppose to come in one syringe and there was 2 little needles with a thin watery material it’s almost scary not to know what was used I know radiesse is very thick and isn’t easy to inject the radiesse consultant told my doctor to fan the needle in my skin and spread it out and work it into my skin around my mouth by using her fingers in my mouth to make it set perfect, in this experience it took her 2 minutes tops and 2 lil injects on each side with no thick material like radiesse I knew immediately it was not the correct product by the time I got into my car the injected holes around my mouth were seeping waterlike substance, I was concerned when I found out I wasn’t under a Dr. s care and it was a nurse practitioner, and I was never cleaned with alcohol before treatment I had cream for knumbness on my not clean skin and after treatment not cleaned up had blood on my face, she never introduced herself to me it was what are u here for and where do you want it then she left the room I sat for over a hour, then she never asked if I had experience with filler before and what to expect to tell me what she was gonna be doing and allowing me to know steps it was more like sit in this chair and uses a needle the Botox needle type and had no struggle getting the gel out of needle it was a thin liquid used, not what I paid for I don’t think she knew I was a demo model and I get vouchers for radiesse once a year i have had it done 3 times and nothing like this, I guess being a new patient and buying this deal on groupon they can do whatever they want there making the money and not to worried about you coming back, I feel very taken advantage of and sick to my stomach not knowing what she put into my skin, I know now it was mixed w water and another filler (not radiesse), do to I can’t use any other filler my skin won’t take, that’s why I only use radiesse, I’m scared and sick to my stomach awaiting side affects of what she put in there I’m nervous about not knowing what was put into my body I’m sure diluted water with some cheaper filler that won’t work on me cause she would have known that if she would of asked my history of fillers, it’s sad because we try to trust these companies and they don’t care about nothing but the dollar they made off you, what’s sad is I would of became a great patient for them I’m always getting stuff done! Day 3 lines deep as they were when I walked through there door, I know after getting fillers for years what I need and that’s 1.5 radiesse and I did not get what I paid for, hurtful & upsetting that I wAs taken advantage of!

I have been to the Fort Lauderdale location twice. The first time I had my breast done and Miss Rose was my nurse. She and all of the staff was amazing. They made sure I was well taken care of. I had my breast done and when the doctor came in I was unsure of the size… He made me feel so good about the size and I went to 800cc. This was the best choice anyone has ever suggested. I love my new body he even did lipo. My experience was so amazing I went back 4 monthly a later for lipo. Oh and my breast have zero scars… You can not tell they are implants. Miss Rose also completed my FMLA paperwork and faxed it to my job. They day I felt I was wheeled out to my car and helped in and the even followed up with phone calls. The compression garment was a perfect fit and after my follow up appointment they made sure it still helped me by fitting correctly. This was the best gift to myself after my divorce. I am going back because you need to be 100% happy with you look and I have zero scars after going there twice. Love this place!!!

Oh please, you said nothing about my long wait and unprofessional treatment. My neglect had nothing to do with her consult. It had to do with with her having better things to do than take care of a patient that she wasn’t making enough $$ on.

This place is a SCAM and hope people who care to do research will be ou the clients who lost money and had no procedure done. Instead they send me a bill for $ 3440. I was laying on surgical table with an IV on and ready to go surgery when they demanded $ 1800 cash to continue the process. I was devastated how can I pay this amount when I had no wallet with me. They are unprofessional… they use different names to hide from law suits and they owe me $ 2500 for the deposit. Please please pay more and save your life. Get someone who has excellent reputation.

I have had Radiesse many times previously.
The wait was long 1 hour, The Doctor was not attentive, She did not wear gloves or clean the area in my face that was to
Be treated, she injected the treatment (Radiesse) unevenly in smile lines. 2 days later I have a major infection, on one
Side of my face it is swollen, my eye swollen shut, and in tremendous pain. I would upload pictures if I could. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I will be filling a claim.

As regards to the rebuttal regarding my experience and my review. I NEVER met Angela. I never had after pictures taken. Which goes to show all of you what LIARS they are!!. Again read other reviews read about the deaths. This place should not be in business, they don’t even carry the proper insurance. If you buy a Groupon they will tell you that you need more product even if you don’t. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!!! PLEASE!

Stax rejuvenation is blatantly lying — I did not see any result whatsoever from Xeomin– it was not an issue of it wearing off — it was overdiluted from the start and did not give ANY result, secondly the NP NEVER suggested Juvederm -, she also NEVER recommended two syringes of Belotero, in fact I told her I thought Belotero was not the right product for the lips and she pushed me into buying it, I was evaluated by a plastic surgeon elsewhere and he confirmed that I would not need more then one syringe of Radiesse, much older patients need more product, the NP sent in a non medical professional into the treatment room who could not evaluate the results whatsoever and only offered a redo at a higher price which was an unacceptable outcome to her lies. I had to redo the Xeomin on May 4^th /​2015 just 8 weeks post Strax treatment at another facility which has a record of no visible neurotoxins present in my face, if the treatment was done properly in March I would not have to redo it elsewhere just 8 weeks later. Also logically their explanation that I was told to use juvederm doesn’t make sense, if I was in fact told that I would get a better result with one syringe of Juvederm — wouldn’t anyone use that versus using Belotero that the NP pushed me into because she simply doesn’t care about patients and chooses to blatantly lie .I want to make patients and consumers aware of deceitful business practices of Strax rejuvenation who are only interested in your money and will push you into unneeded treatments and products and will dilute and use less product then you are paying for just to get the patient to spend more. I filed a Better Business Bereau complaint against Strax.

I came to Strax on a referral from a co worker who had a breast augmentation. I met with Dr Zeichner for my consult and instantly knew this was right. Scheduled my augmentation and lift for ³⁄₂. Had the surgery and was home resting within a few hours. I had normal pain but nothing out of the ordinary. Had follow ups accordingly, but the best was the post op staff. The girls are all incredible They make you feel comfortable and are all so sweet. Any crazy question I had was always answered immediately. I had no issues afterwards and each passing day, recovering was easier and easier. I am now at 2 months post op and couldn’t be happier with my results. The entire team was incredible. The prices are extremely affordable and rest assured I will be coming back for my next procedure. Tummy tuck… here I come!!!

First and foremost I LOVE my breast implants. Dr. Hamm did amazing work. The consultation was fast and I felt rushed but the qualifications were there and I went with it. I had a few concerns during my healing and someone saw me immediately all 3 times. Nothing was ever wrong I was just paranoid but they put my mind at ease and the nurses were extremely sweet. I see all theses bad reviews and I guess if you need your hand held through the whole process this isn’t the place for you. If you know what you want and want it at a good price and capable hands this is a great option. My coworker had some Lipo done and hers came out fantastic too. Good luck!

I am revising my review due to the company addressing my problem and fixing it properly. I had a breast aug in January that ended up with two lopsided breasts as of May. I had revision surgery 7÷16÷14 and so far they look amazing. Dr Hamm did a great job on the revision and I couldnt be more happy. The owner even came in to speak with me when he realized how upset I was with the original aug. Overall the wait time at the office is a little crazy especially right after tax season and they are a little unorganized but total worth it in the end. The surgery center in Lauderhill was amazing and the staff were all super friendly. Again, I am very happy with the results and would have Dr Hamm do my surgery again anytime.

I am very sad to see that Strax Rejuvenation has gotten such poor marks. So far i’ve been treated like a VIP Customer. Jeff has been very helpful with pricing and Isabelle and Javirex have been great with scheduling and setting up my 2 consultations. I spoke with Dr. Stanley Sherman on two separate visited. i did have to post pone my surgery and there were no problems at all. I went in to day for my preop and everything went smoothly. The surgery is on 11÷12÷13. So I will write about all the detail soon my next blog!!!

I can’t express how unprofessional this place is. Biggest mistake to ever step foot in that place. I’m still in post op and it was the worst experience of my life. They take your money and once they have you sign the papers there office staff are rude, unprofessional and lie lie lie! Especially Isabelle, Marc and tatianna. Watch out I have had to file a formal complaint with the state and BBB.

Total SCAM. Bought a Groupon for tattoo removal. Schedule appointment for consultation AND 1^st treatment. When grumpy rude doc realized he couldn’t up-​sell me he sent his assistant in to tell me there wasn’t time to do the removal that I’d have to come back. The attitudes were HORRIBLE. They wanted me gone and they made it clear they were not interested in my business. Thankfully Groupon refunded me immediately. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

LIVING SOCIAL and GROUPON users don’t waste your time and money. This place is using these sites to lure customers with an attractive deal then schedule a free consultation. Consultant comes in the room and proceeds to jack up the price with zero regards for your LS and groupon purchase.

Do not waste your time and money on lap band surgery to lose weight at this scam of a surgery center. They charge 10,000.00 $ and no insurance will even consider it. And I don’t blame them. What happens is, they stick this band around the top of your stomach to supposedly make you eat less. At first, you lose weight while you’re recouerating from the surgery. Then they fill the band with minute amounts of saline, about 1.3 cc’s to «help you eat less». This is done twice for free and then every fill is another 200 $. In the mean time you stop losing weight and they tell you you’re eating the wrong things and eat smaller portions. Well, if I could do that without the help of the surgery I wouldn’t have paid them 10,000 $. They give you a diet to stay on that, if followed anyone can lose weight without surgery. Do not believe the football player on tv, he’s a payed pitchman. May even be a partner since he’s not a dr. and he’s there all the time to convince people there for consultation that it works. Bulls**t. Dr Chou is a scam artist. He has no interest in the patients after the surgery is done. The man runs in, sticks a needle in your stomach and runs out. No bandaid even. Three scales in my room all read different weights. They write down the one that says the least. Big scam. Don’t take the risk and waste your money
