One Price Dry Cleaner

This place is the worst! They ruined everything I sent to be cleaned. There was a weird blue dye on all the pieces, which were all light colored. I am livid. Stay away from this place unless you want your clothes ruined!

So the dry cleaner that I usually go to went out of business suddenly and on their window a sign was posted that if you were there to pick up your dry cleaning it would be at this «One Price Dry Cleaner.» So off I go to pick up my dry cleaning at this different cleaners.
When I get there I go in and hand the lady my ticket to pick up my dry cleaning and she points to the racks of clothes all over the front part of the store and says «it’s over there some where, you’ll have to find it yourself.» Then she walks away. Ummmm… seriously?! There are 9 racks filled to the max with peoples’ dry cleaning to be picked up and I, as a customer have to sort through all of it to find my dry cleaning?! I ask «is there some sort of organization or anything?» She looks at me and shrugs saying she has no idea and it’s my responsibility to find my own clothes. So I search through all the racks and come up empty handed, so I return to the counter and tell her I can’t find my dry cleaning, what am I supposed to do? She says, «I don’t know, I can’t help you.» WOW! Talk about some awesome customer service and the potential to gain a bunch of clients from this, and she totally dismisses you and says well that’s all I have so if it’s not there tough. At this point I’m obviously frustrated and mad and go back to searching through the racks. I spend 30 minutes trying to find my shirt, luckily I did find it. I was worried when I was searching that some one else had either accidentally taken my shirt because they liked it or for whatever reason the now closed dry cleaner had lost it. Garments were missing receipt tags and of course no one was checking to make sure people took the correct items.
Unfortunately I can’t say how they are with actually dry cleaning my clothes because from this experience I would never give them my business or recommend this dry cleaner to a friend due to the lack of customer service and how rude they were.
