Sad to say the subs are so overrated. If you want to use at $ 0.75 extra if you want pickles add a 1.75

I love this place. You walk in and place your order and within seconds after you pay your gone. The sandwiches are the «cold basics»; turkey, roast beef, ham, tuna etc. The description says what it has on it lettuce, Tomato, mayo; etc. If you want something different like onions or wheat bread tell them fast! I get my #7, ham, lettuce, tomato, mayo, grab a cookie and I’m off. The bread is great, the sandwich is 8″ which is the perfect size.

The worst customer service, not guest service, but customer service. As I am writing this (9:50 pm), I ordered my food at 9:10, and still agent revived it. The manager refused to speak to me until I called three times, and then hung up on me saying what a ride asshole as she did. They said the driver doesn’t know how to find my community, and this is my 7^th order since I moved to this area, and have had no issues until this staff on ¹²⁄₂₈ at 9:50 pm was on shift. Save your money and time and say no to this crew. They do now deserve anyone’s money to go towards their money for food because they obviously don’t care if you get yours.
To the staff: when you are attempting to serve the owner of a restaurant, read any article on hospitality and guest service, so you can build sales and give your guests the experience they pay for. No matter what is wrong in your life it does not constitute you treating your guests like pieces of crap. You’re terrible at your jobs because your hearts are selfish and not selfless.

I would consider this my ‘regular’ JJ’s location. Even though I’m just outside their delivery area, it’s super convenient to home and work and, as always, they have freaky fast service. I would never consider this location to be busy. Every time I’ve ever come in for lunch or dinner I’m usually the only one here and there’s never a line like some other locations. The Lauderhill location has really friendly staff members and they’re super consistent with special requests if you just take the time to ask them. I enjoy a Jimmy John’s sub pretty regularly and love their pickles and potato chips. The dine-​in area at this location is also super clean and really big and can accommodate a large group. I’ve also ordered their lunchboxes for work events from this location before. FYI — They will deliver outside of their designated delivery zone for catering orders. Every time I’ve ordered catered lunch boxes for work they’re always correct and delivery is always on time. If you’re in the area looking for something quick for lunch that’s not «fast» food (i.e. food with a drive-​thru) don’t hesitate for a stop in for a great sub!

Absolutely stupid — I live in between this and the one on University in Coral Springs… yet neither will deliver… a small strip of Tamrac no man’s land… no delivery

Super fast service. However the food is just unremarkable. If it wasn’t for the convenience of delivery I would never eat here. It’s missing something.

Love them! Always quick. Sometimes they forget the cookie I paid for but other than that its a great service.

Always has been on point. Food is fresh. They brought samples to our office and got our attention. Never disappointed.

I order all the time. Probably at least once a week. Every now and then they will forget a soda, straw, etc. But when you call it in, the driver comes back fast. Make sure you specify what kind of bread you want your sandwich on. I was told that unless specified, their default is white bread. Other than that, the taste and speed of service is great. I give it a 4 star only because of the forgetfulness. Overall, good place to eat if your in a rush and need fast delivery.

All I can say is… I like Jimmy John’s starting with the perky greeting at the door. («Hi welcome to Jimmy John’s») Everybody is standing there alert waiting to hear your order.
So, I placed an order for the #4 (TURKEY TOM) Fresh sliced turkey breast, lettuce, tomato & mayo. I wanted cheddar, but to my surprise all they carry is provolone… strange, but ok I add it. (Extra charge of course) Then I went on to say I would like to add onions salt & pepper. The order taker says we can add the onions, but we don’t carry salt or pepper. I thought that’s odd… then he followed up with our meat is already seasoned… Ok…I replied. He asked if I would like oil & vinegar on the sandwich? Yes please I replied. Total paid $ 6 and change. After I received my change my sandwich was already made… WOW talk about speedy service! I was in there all of 5 minutes & my sandwich is already done. I thought well maybe I got lucky, but nope went again 2 days later. (It feels like the first time… feels like the very first time.) 5 minutes in & out. OK let’s get back to the sandwich. IT WAS GREAT! The meat was tasty, the veggies were fresh & the bread was delicious! This is great stop in for lunch. Good sandwiches & speedy services… I approve & will return again.
