As a local company, the owners of the dealer have gone out of their way to alienate potential customers for years. I attempted to purchase a Kawasaki Nomad (leftover), the financing took over night for approval. During that evening at home I found an identical bike within 100 miles. They were asking $ 2,500 less, than the A&A deal, I reached out to the alternate dealer the next morning & placed a deposit. Once returned to A&A later that next day I shared the other dealers pricing with A&A. The owner at A&A said «You would drive 100 miles to save $ 2500». I responded Yes and purchased the other bike for $ 2500 less! This is the first of three times A&A failed purely due to greed. The next the missed opportunity was the purchase of a side by side ATV & finally a trailer. So historically $ 9500+18 500+1800= $ 29,300 of lost sales to a single client in three years. WTG A&A.
