This place doesn’t even merit a single star. Their attitude and service is non-existent. The guy who took my lamp, promised a call within a few days. I waited a week-no call, so I called to get an update. The guy questioned why I expected a call, they keep people’s items for weeks at a time without calling, etc… His snide attitude at my simple question was unjustified. I told him I was told someone would call in a couple days(as I had 4 more lamps to bring in) and he just kept cutting me off. He gave me a quote of anywhere from $ 50 – 70 to fix the lamp, and I simply asked why the range and his sniveling response clearly showed his irritation at being asked a very reasonable question. He then hung up on me. Well, for a spend of $ 350 – 400 you would think a business would provide a little better service? I drove straight over to pick up my lamp. The guy was mid30−40’s…no kid. Anyways, I told him it was his attitude-neither he nor the other guy in front of the shop could have cared less. This guy smirked and literally said«I don’t care» and denied he had any attitude. Well, you have an «I don’t care» shoddy attitude buddy. So, I can’t trust you w my antique lamps, as I have to wonder if you have an «I don’t care» attitude with your repair process too. I’d rather drive another half hour to find someone serious about helping people with their personal heirlooms. Frankly, not calling people, no follow up process, irritation at ordinary questions-not a good business practices. I don’t know how you stay in business.

best vintage lighting store i have ever seen. 3 cheers to the taste, style and rareness in their collection. ask for one of the twins, michael or mel — they are consistently friendly and will put you in a good mood. you will want to spend all of your money immediately. PS — they have a great lamp repair service too
