Great experience! The customer service was great! Very polite and cheery. The pharmacy is the best! I will definitely fill all my prescriptions her from now on. I forgot to bring in my insurance card. I asked how much it was to pay cash the pharmacist said«thats ok i can call your dr and get the billing info» what?! Lol so nice. He told me to come back in 45 minutes i came back in 30 minutes and my meds were ready to go!

I’ve been going to this location for a few years, and I am happy with the store. Occasionally it’s been difficult to get my meds but I find out the actual hold up is because of the insurance company. Like in any store occasionally I have found a product that looked like it was tampered with and was my only choice on the shelf. The positive is that the store employee would actually call another Walgreens to locate that item for me. They located the item in the Manteca store which I purchased later that day.

I have had numerous bad experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy. Today we go to pick up a prescription during the posted hours, and the pharmacy is closed for lunch. How inconvenient for the customers. I have never had bad experiences at the Walgreens in Elk Grove.

I see an item that in very large numbers shows it’s sale price, so I choose it over the normal product I purchase. When I check out(which I received no hello, greeting, anything… I notice on my receipt I am charged full price. I ask about why that was and I am told that price is for rewards members. So now I end up paying more for this product than the normal product I use… It was clearly signed the sale price, I guess in some small print somewhere it says rewards members pricing? Well not shopping at Walgreen’s again… i

This Walgreen has an extremely comfortable atmosphere and the staff are quite friendly. The store is AMAZINGLY clean and none of their stocks are ever on the floor or disarranged, and I usually shop at this Walgreen as it carries most of my beauty products, as well. However, I rate this store with 4 stars because the area is located on a tight corner of an intersection, which I find bearable.

I was waiting in line at the pharmacy and the tech was talking to another employee so I let them finish. The employee sees me but still continues to talk. Finally, they are done and she walks toward me and had the nerve to give me a look as She walked past me like I interrupted her conversation. Then as I walk to the window, the tech also gives me a look. so annoying. Employees need to learn how to be more polite.

This Walgreens is clean, well organized with über-friendly workers. They did right by me and deserve their fine 4 stars! Tip: They have a clean washroom and a good wine selection!

They finally have a Redbox just like most Walgreens I’ve been to in San Francisco. Pretty funny that the only Redboxes in Lathrop are around this area. For example, Tower Mart and SaveMart also have Redboxes which is right across the street from Walgreens.

This is a brand new store in Lathrop. My daughter ran out of allergy pills and of course didn’t tell me until I was walking out the door to go to work. Kids! Anyways, I didn’t have the heart to make her go without and suffer all day so I told her I would go and get her some more pills before I went to work. Unfortunately, we live in Weston Ranch and there is nothing but Food 4 Less which doesn’t sell her allergy pills. So the only other Walgreens or drugstore that I know of is Downtown Stockton. I didn’t feel like driving through the hood so I thought I’d try the new Walgreens in Lathrop. I should have checked the store hours instead of just assuming that they were open 24 hours(which they’re not!!!). I got there at 7:45am and walked up to the door and saw that they don’t open until 8am. UGH! At that point, I had no other choice but to wait. Okay so 8am rolls around and the doors are still not open. 4 other people are now standing with me waiting for the place to open. An employee comes over to the door and yells that it will be 4 more minutes. WTF? Hello I’m supposed to be in Lodi at 8am. Obviously I’m going to be late but open the f***ing doors already! So I yell back that it’s past 8. Then other people started getting annoyed. I guess the guy realized he had some pissed off people so he ended up opening the doors… at 8:05! So honestly I didn’t really notice much about the store cuz I was in a big hurry. It’s big and clean. That’s about all I can tell you. The moral of the story… don’t go first thing in the morning if you’re in a hurry! I didn’t actually get to work until 9am!
