I’m sick and tired of this place. For the last three time they’ve canceled either in hr before my appointment or scheduled me in with the wrong doc. Haven’t been to this place and not have a problem. Give it a 0

Great location, staff is helpful and was sympathetic to my needs.

I shot my finger with a nail gun so I wanted to see if I should take any antibiotics. I went to this facility and was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the Dr. had a good sense of humor and was professional. He looked at my finger and prescribed everything needed to ease my fears of infection. I’d go back to this place again but hopefully I won’t need to!

I was dismissed as a patient for a complete misconmunication. Although i am very upset about that it does not change my review of Dr. Trammell.

I checked the other reviews on this place before I went today and was a little weary, but I thought anything has to be better than Main Street Urgent Care in Manteca– I’d rate them zero stars if I cared enough to even waste my time writing a review for them.
I’m in between insurance coverage and really hurt my back to where I could barely sleep or move at all, so off to urgent care I went seeing as tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I’d be on my feet most of the day. Anyways, from my first phone call this morning to leaving their office this afternoon, I had nothing but a pleasant experience. The front office staff was pleasant and welcoming. The MA that took me back to the exam room was friendly and easy to converse with. The MA who had to give me shots in my bottom was great, as well, you know, considering lol
Dr. Trammel was nothing short of amazing for me today– I went in with throbbing pain and left with relief I hadn’t felt in days. He also took the time with me to answer all my questions and he seemed to genuinely care, not shush me and make me feel stupid for my concerns. It was comforting since I was dreading my visit.
The office was clean, not the newest, but it was clean and orderly. The waiting room was comfortable, smelled ok and had a tv on.
The only bad part of my experience was the wait time, but it wasn’t even that long and well worth it. If the need arises, I will go back.
I wouldn’t say I’m a snob, but I have high standards when it comes to my healthcare and this place met the bar. If you’re hesitant, try them out anyway. I was pleasantly relieved.

I wish I could give no stars because this place is terrible. From the wait time to the care u receive, can’t get much worse. Oh and not to mention the little bugs crawling around on the floor of the patient rooms.

This place is a joke over three hours to be seen. For a 5 min visit from the Doctor. I recommend if you need a high school physical you should go to see Lathrop chiropractor. He faster, cheaper and nicer. Not sure why it’s called urgent care I was better off going to the ER.

Ridiculous doesn’t even begin to describe this clinic. They open at 9 am, I arrived at 9:04 with 5 people signed in ahead of me. I asked the receptionist if she had an idea of the wait time. She said she wasn’t sure since the dr doesn’t come in until 1030. Ummm, what !!! Why open at 9 then and have people sit and wait for an hour and a half until the dr even enters the building. This place is a joke

It should be renamed «We’ll Get Around To You Whenever — Care» instead of «Urgent Care». I’ve been here a few times and each time was 2 – 2 ½ hours wait time. Aside from that, I have not experienced any rudeness from the ladies in the office. Quite the opposite actually. They have been friendly and courteous, especially the one at the window today. There was another woman ripping into her for something and she handled it very well. Better than most people, really.
Anyhow, I will only go here if there is no other option available. If you need actual «urgent care», go to an emergency room.

Would give less than one star if possible… second time this week I called or walked in BEFORE 3pm and was told the doctor wasn’t taking patients for the rest of the day! IT’S URGENT CARE right? Known for walk-​in appointments and late hour appointments — SERIOUSLY? When I asked if there were any set hours since this has happened to me twice now in one week I was told it was up to the doctor as to what hours they wanted to work! Don’t even bother going in here people… not worth the gas or frustration!

Worst absolutly worst experience from the rude heartless staff to the dirtiest clinical setting to the wait time of 4 hours to the whole vibe of this place do not go there just sit home and let the broken leg heal itself consider the one star a negative one because Unilocal doesnt do negative stars.

Terrible service. Staff, including Doctor David A., are extremely self centered and have no sympathy or strive to help their patients. They do things on their own time with no consideration as to whether a patients paperwork is due on a certain day. The receptionist seems to only have a few answers to questions and the main one is, «I don’t know.» This facility is completely uncoordinated and I highly recommend going to the Tracy Free Clinic instead. Doctor David, not only does he have no respect for his patients, he is (and I’m putting this in the nicest way possible) not very intelligent. Who in the world would say a panic attack is a seizure? Unbelievable. I give this hell of a place one star. Only because it wouldn’t let me post it with none.

I was recommended here from someone who used to work here & it’s not only a urgent care they also have a WEIGHT LOSS program & doctors like Dr. Sharon P. who is very attentive to your success in losing weight! I reached my IBM well almost just 12 pounds shy from it but I dramatically changed & everyone who knows me are shocked to see how different I look. Just follow there program! My review is on the weight loss program ok! I know that if you don’t have an appointment you would WAIT for a LONG time LOL … jus like how I am rite now on a slow day. haha good thing it’s my last visit! =) yeeee (WOULDVE BEEN ALL 5s if OTHER DR. I Went here for the first time and it was one of the best experiences i’ve had in an Urgent Care.
Before I go into details, I advise any reader to not put TOO much emphasis in the other reviews. One reviewer talked about a situation about HIPAA and privacy issues and I, ALSO working with HIPAA information, HIPAA CAN and WILL fine you for ANY information that is shared without the right authority to do so. I understand the reviewers situation however the «girl» at Urgent Care was probably doing nothing more but following rules and procedures they and we are taught. This goes for the pharmacy as well. Rules are universal.
I also feel the review doesn’t reflect the actual CARE of this urgent care center.
I was in Lathrop Urgent Care and waited no longer than an hour and the team there were all very kind and caring. Dr. Anslinger was great and very personal, which is surprising since most Doctors just look at you and prescribe something. They actually took time to make sure I was feeling better.
I will definitely come here again for any further issues I have with my health.

This is probably the worst urgent care that’s out there. The staff are incompetent and are very sluggish. They don’t do their jobs properly. I have to call them at least 5 times to remind them to fax my medication while waiting at the pharmacy. Dr Kruger is horrible. I don’t know how this guy is a doctor. He doesn’t know
Anything! We made an appointment for a TB shot. We waited 3 hours and they tell us they are out of it. We go again and wait 3 and half hours and the doctor doesn’t feel comfortable giving a TB shot and doctor did not give the shot and they lost the results from the previous TB shot! Those are very critical to have because my wife cannot start her psoriasis treatment without it! Stay out of this place. It’s very frustrating and stressful

I called Lathrop Urgent care to have my Mothers last visit faxed over to her PCP of records’ office. The girl who answered the phone stated she could not do that without a signed release form, I informed her that a signed release was not required for continuation of care. She tries to tell me that HIPPA requires a signed release. I inform her that I also work in the medical field and that I know for a fact that a release is not required, she tells me she has to ask her Doctor. She come back on the line and once again states that a medical release is required. I tell her the doctor is wrong and again if it is a case of continuation of care that a release is not required. So she tells me she needs to leave a message for her office manager and that this is all she can do. I am so frustrated at this point because I believe that my mother has suffered a TIA or a Stroke and I am taking her to the ER, I know that this Doctor has written three Rx for my mother and I need for her PCP to know what those medications are! If I have my way my mother will NEVER go to this Clinic again! If they can’t do a simple thing as to send her medical records to her PCP doctor, so that he can stay abreast of what is going on with her medically then they do not need to be involved in her medical!
