Junk King was established by two peninsula entrepreneurs who saw the need to offer eco-​friendly junk removal services to the Bay Area. The idea was to offer services to homes and businesses that didn’t have the time or resources to remove unwanted garbage on their own, and recycle it whenever and wherever possible. Junk king now has more than 40 locally owned franchises nationwide!

Carlos D and the Junk King hauling franchise located in Lathrop, California operates in the wide open spaces in and near Stockton, and the ranching and farming communities nearby. That doesn’t stop Carlos from successfully competing in that tough marketplace though. Actually, Carlos loves tough competition. He boxes and competes in mixed martial arts. Perhaps he is the greenest competitor in the pugilistic sports. Duenas reports he recycles or donates 60% of the items he picks up.

Carlos toughest job to date was dismantling and hauling mobile homes. Carlos has been married for three years, and his wife Vanessa jumps right in with the tough jobs. Despite the Duenas’ can-​do attitude, the franchise has a softer side. Once a month, the Lathrop team donates one or two truckloads of toys, clothing, furniture, and appliances to families in need. It is all part of his giving back to the community that supports him.

Outstanding. Did way too much yard work and had no way to get rid of it quickly. Called Friday and had an appointment first thing Saturday morning. Workers were professional and cut me a deal on the price because I over estimated. They worked fast and quick. They even cleaned up a mess I didn’t think they would. Will use again.

I called Junk King to remove a large pile of brick and rocks that were on the side of our house. These bricks were here when we bought the house and had become lost in weeds. The Junk King was able to come and clear the area out in less than two hours and went above and beyond to make that area look perfect. Not only did they take the brick and rock, but they cleaned up all of the weeds and raked the area as well. I would highly recommend this professional service for anyone looking to remove anything from inside or outside of their home.

Carlos got me out of a bind. Just moved out of my residence, and had massive amounts of garbage and furniture I needed hauled away. He made time to come out same day and cleared out my junk quickly and he worked with me on the price. Very versatile and accommodating. Excellent customer service. We used Junk King for the first time in a pinch because we needed to get a mattress disposed of ASAP. They had plenty of dates available. I wasn’t going to be at the property, but they called me from there with a price and took payment over the phone — I didn’t have to change my schedule at all. The representative on the phone was very courteous, they were on time as specified, and the time they required of me took a few minutes. I highly recommend!

Awesome company! We had two huge and heavy desks that needed to be hauled away from the second floor of our home and no way would we have been able to do this ourselves.
Found this company on Unilocal and their website made it so easy to set up the appt. and receive a quote asap.
Guys called the morning of the scheduled appt. to confirm the time and they were there promptly. Super nice and super efficient and made what was a difficult job look easy.
Price was lower than I expected too :)

Just had two awesome guys from Junk King; Daniel Herrera (The Manager of Tracy) and his peer, dismantle my back patio, a large section of fence, cleaned the side and the debris that was behind the large section of fencing in Tracy Ca.
Daniel came to the house for a free estimate the week before to look at the job and quote me a very reasonable price. He said «You don’t pay until the job is to your complete satisfaction.»
These guys were THE BEST! Completely removed EVERYTHING I asked for and MORE. They even trimmed a tree, removed HUGE blocks of cement and cleared dead ivy that was growing.
They really took the effort and careful consideration to make my yard and the job look AMAZING. These guys were beasts; strong and efficient! I thought it would take 4 to 5 hours they did it in under 2. It would have taken me a couple days even with help.
I also had a cherry tree out front of the fence that had fallen over in the past; they dragged it around the outside and placed it BEHIND the fence without me even asking; my cat and dogs were thrilled with the yard and more running space, it looks PERFECT!
The guys clearly communicated to me throughout and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
Amazing work guys and I will definitely refer you to family and friends.
Five stars is not enough for this company; I will be using the service again!

Better than I expected! My husband and I have been looking for a landscaper to help us with our massive yard cleaning project, we found 4 to come out and look at the job. Never got a call back from any of them! We went to a landscaper match website and got a call back from Carlos the same day. He came out the next and gave me an estimate knowing all that was in store! I have never expected him to show up and do the job. He did !!! on the nose of the time he said he was going to be here and he was!!! They were Polite, Courteous, Professional, Loyal and respectful!
