The Gagnon Law Firm, LLC offers exceptional personal service to its clients in the areas of estate planning, business law, real estate, and civil litigation. After practicing law in a large Kansas City law firm for years, founding member Joe Gagnon started the Gagnon Law Firm to offer business owners and families more personal and responsive legal representation. Since that time, the Gagnon Law Firm has expanded to serve clients locally in Clinton County and the Kansas City metro, and throughout the country.

Business Owner

Joe Gagnon is the founding member of the Gagnon Law Firm, LLC. He has experience representing clients in both federal and state courts in Missouri, Kansas, and throughout the country. He also provides legal advice to private businesses regarding corporate formation and operation. In addition to his business and corporate clients, Joe also represents private individuals in estate planning and real estate matters. He also represents cities, water districts, and other local governmental entities on a variety of matters, and is the Prosecuting Attorney of Clinton County, Missouri.

Before establishing the Gagnon Law FIrm, LLC, Joe practiced law with a multi-​city firm based in Kansas City, Missouri. During his time there, Joe represented a wide variety of business entities, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. Joe draws on his large-​firm legal training and experience to help his clients.
