Pierro Law Group is an established estate planning, elder law and business succession law firm. We counsel clients in a variety if situations on proper planning, and have a team of dedicated attorneys and professionals passionate about the law, and our clients. We have guided individuals, business owners, seniors, persons with disabilities and both traditional and non-​traditional families through the maze of planning choices using state-​of-​the-​art strategies, tools and techniques to serve their legal needs. We have a personal approach, and pride ourselves in having developed the capability and knowledge to serve clients ranging from those of modest means who may need a basic will or to protect their family homestead, to hundred-​million dollar complex estates and closely held businesses.

History

Established in 1999.

With over 145 years of combined experience, Lou Pierro founded Pierro Law Group, LLC to offer individualized Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration and Elder Law services to private clients, their families and family owned businesses. Philip A. Di Giorgio, Esq. was named a Partner in 2005. The mission of Pierro Law Group is to provide effective, professional and timely service to our clients, and to excel in our chosen areas of practice. Our attorneys have significant depth of knowledge and expertise in carefully selected field of law, which we believe provides superior representation and a unique perspective on our clients’ planning needs. We constantly strive to maintain a high level of service to our clients, while keeping costs reasonable through effective management and utilization of resources.

Business Owner

Lou Pierro is the founder and principal of Pierro Law Group, LLC, and concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning and Elder Law. Mr. Pierro has chaired the Estate Planning Committee and the Committee on Taxation of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and its Elder Law Section. He is currently Legislative Liaison for the Elder Law Section and a member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Pierro has been selected to Best Lawyers in America, the Best Lawyers in New York, SuperLawyers and he has maintained an AV Preeminent attorney rating from Martindale-​Hubbell since 1999. He served as an adjunct professor at Siena College, where he lectured on Estate Planning, and has lectured extensively on Estate Planning and Elder Law at local, regional and national programs. Mr. Pierro is available for speaking engagements for seminars, community groups and professional organizations.
