UPDATE:
It has now been 10 weeks since my first CoolSculpting procedure. I have lost about 35% of my abdominal fat & my next follow-​up is in October. I haven’t changed a thing from my daily routine — the results speak for themselves. My stomach is flatter & I feel better. The only thing I did NOT like was the machine that I like to call the «human shakeweight». You do receive 1 session free with purchase of any procedure, and it has these two platforms you stand on, one foot on each platform, and the platforms automatically move rapidly up & down, similar to that of a stair-​stepper, to «shake» and break up any dead cells left over in your body but I could only handle the first 6 minutes of the 12-​minute session. You can hang on, it’s shaped like a giant segway with handles, but the intensity was a bit much. Others do love it though — it’s just not for me :)
I will probably do one more session either in October or January (depending on funds) and I think that will flatten my stomach out. Again, I do highly recommend this procedure for anyone (male or female) who is looking to lose fat without surgery or downtime. I was able to drive home immediately following the procedure — the only thing is it made me a bit tired. Totally doable on your lunch hour, but I would recommend at the end of the day — like on your way home from work, like I did.
