My husband and I were first-​time homebuyers, and contacted Greta to work with us as a buyer’s agent. We chose her based on the good Unilocal reviews.
Since we were first-​time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. Greta was there for us every step of the way, always patient with our questions. She was also patient with taking us to see several homes. Her knowledge of homes in general as well as trends within the capital region was really helpful. She never pressured us or tried to sell us on anything, and was always honest about her assessment of the home. Although Greta shared her thoughts (both good and bad) on the homes we looked at, she was not forceful with her opinions, and gave us the space to develop our own.
When we finally found the right home, Greta helped with negotiations and with getting everything in order for the closing. Even after our offer was accepted, she took time out of her weekends to show the house to our families.
I’m glad we had the opportunity to work with Greta. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and reliable. She is a great realtor, and I would highly recommend her.

Greta is the most knowledgable real estate agent in the Capital District! We worked with her on the purchase of our home, and we have referred numerous other customers to her. We are in the market again, and recently we have looked at a handful of homes with her. She is able to share so much knowledge on a house showing regarding age-​specific concerns with the house (old oil tank concerns, slate roofs, water issues in basement, etc.).
