Julie has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. In 2010 she took her passion for teaching and motivating and started Youngblood Coaching & Consulting and has been kicking real estate agents butts ever since!

Julie was born and raised in Southern Nevada and comes from family that has been in the real estate industry for over 31 years.

Since she joined the industry over 12 years ago she has taught several classes for REALTOR associations all over Nevada, was voted «Instructor of the Year» by her Keller Williams office, is a CE instructor, served on the Grievance Committee for four years, is currently serving on Professional Standards. She was fortunate enough to be nominated and selected as one of YPN’s 40 Under 40 for 2012 and was recognized as «REALTOR of the Month» for December 2012.

In 2010 she opened «Youngblood Coaching & Consulting». Her main objective is to show agents the habits needed in order to be massively successful. A combination of scripting, skills, time-​blocking, business planning and negotiation techniques are just some of the focuses.
