Went here on a Friday afternoon. Gates seemed locked. Closed down? No times given on Unilocal.Disappointing.

Even though I didn’t find anything(because I primarily collect records), the owner is an awesome guy and was extremely nice when I visited. He saw my general interest in all of his old, too-expensive-for-a-college-student-esque merchandise and showed me some cool solid gold pieces he had stashed away from the Spanish colonization of the New World. Pretty neat stuff!

One of the oldest antique stores in Vegas and has a great rep for both merchandise and knowledge! When I am able to get by this store it is the highlight of my day!

This is my new favorite antique shop. It reminds me a lot of a grandparent’s attic. A bit cluttered, a bit of an eccentric selection, but all in all, a lot of really interesting things to check out. Very nice and knowledgeable people working here as well who can show and tell you about things you’re interested in, and introduce you to things you weren’t even sure you wanted before walking in. I went in looking for some antique paper currency and ended up leaving two hours later with some antique coins and books. The girlfriend had a great time as well, talking to the proprietor about cameos and picking up a new(old) necklace. I’d really recommend checking this place out. Great selection and a great staff who really know their stuff.
