My deal started out straight forward, buying two jet skis, and trailer. Made a deal for an out the door price and they were going to send me down the road with no tie down straps on my jet skis. This is at the new location on Jones. Becareful.

They are great when your buying but really aweful customer service when it comes to after service. Think twice before buying here. I bought a generator a year ago and the sales people were awesome. Took it back for service and told me that I was gonna get a call when it is done. Guess what? Never got the call and I was trying to manage my time so I can pick it up. I called them about 4hrs later and the generator wasnt even touched yet. They told me that I will be called back, guess what? Never got that call. Called them 2 hrs later and was told I need the carb rebuilt. I told them no and I will get it back. They charged me $ 50 and all they did was ran the generator and listened to it. They never even open it up and try to clean the inside. My generator is running fine now after spraying some carb cleaner. Really aweful customer service, will never visit this store again. Yamaha better clean up your staff.

Customer service is on point. I bought my bike here (Yamaha R6) and have been taking it there for service since I don’t have the time to do the maintenance stuff myself. They’re honest, friendly, and go over and beyond to make you happy.
All the original guys that have been there the past few years are all amazing. There were quite a few new faces I hadn’t seen before this last time, but they’re about to move locations so maybe they’re all new or from another location? My usual guy (Devon– Super Awesome) wasn’t there but the new guy I dealt with was nice enough. I was happy Tim was there too because he’s super awesome as well *(familiar faces are always comforting when things are changing). I recommend looking here to buy as well as for service on your bike.

I took my Stratoliner here for a simple rear Tire replacement, I asked that they take their time and do the job right as I was going on a 1500 mile run.
on the way home something wasn’t right. I found that #1 the drive belt was out of adjustment, #2 the rear tire alignment was over 0.30 thousands’ out (over one notch)
and #3 the rear axel nut was loose. If you can’t trust them to do a Simple tire change… you can’t trust them to do anything.
I feel that my safety, as well as my life was on the line had I not «Double checked» the work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

These guys also now carry Seadoo and Cam Am products. I wanted to add this because they were only Yamaha when they first opened.

Bought a new pw50 for my son. Bike never ran right ever. Called to get advice they recommend remove restricer plate. Did so and didn’t get better. Brought in for service they couldn’t replicate the issue. Charged me for this service. Then offered to continue working on if for more shop time. This place is a joke. Called my shops in Minnesota and they said this bike should run with me on it. Avoid unless you enjoy your pants being pulled down.

I’m very pleased with the service department at Yamaha of Las Vegas. They were able to get me in for a same-​day appointment to complete my 600-​mile service on my Yamaha V-​Star 1300. My husband has the exact same motorcycle and we took his to RideNow for his 600-​mile service a couple of months ago. It cost $ 375 at RideNow. I paid $ 92 for the exact same service at Yamaha of Las Vegas. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions while I waited. It was so nice to have the service done while I waited instead of leaving it over night as well. We learned a valuable lesson and will be taking our bikes to Yamaha to be serviced from now on. Thanks!

i took my 2014 sea-​doo to get repair. everything went well as far as the repairs, they are very friendly staff, the service was good over all, i say. But the problem was when i picked it up. i brought my Sea-​Doo in a immaculate condition and picked it up really Dirty, with water collected on the footwell, water sports and dust all over it, it was clear to me that they left it outside during the rainy days and didn’t care to wash it, cover it during that time or cleaning it before pick up. at the very least have the decency to dry all the water that was on the footwell. the repairs i needed cost me over 800 Dollar including parts, my Sea-​Doo is a brand new machine which i take pride of, because not only is new, but also a 12K personal water craft.
they are conveniently located near my home, but next times i will take a drive to another Sea-​Doo certified dealership regardless of the distance.

Service Department = Excellent workmanship at a fair price. I had the exhaust replaced on the 2015 FZ-​07 I recently purchased. They delivered as promised and I haven’t had a single problem with the new system.
I highly recommend this dealership for repairs. I shopped this repair work at another dealership and several repair shops all over town. The other dealership never followed up (despite the fact the repair tech told me they «weren’t busy»), and they were more expensive. The other repair shops were responsive, but their price was higher. I recommend you shop around, but you’ll most likely end up here.
Definitely give these guys a shot! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

We sold our babies to a man in Cali who lives on a lake.
Matt let us meet him at Yamaha to do the transfer of warranty and title etc. Got the cashiers check from him, hooked them up to his black Escalade and waved bye bye.
Let’s face it… glad we sold them because we no longer have Lake Meade and the vehicle we bought to tow them we hated so it was a win-​win.
They kept their value the less than a year we had them and it was another random purchase that we didn’t need… but sometimes we miss those beauties!
On to the next adventure!

Horrible, Horrible Service… Be careful of them they over charge and Matt the manager is some what of a crook. I would recommend Yamaha on Rancho. Much better service and honest.

Bought two 2013 r1 for me and my dad. Russ sold them to us. gave us the best deal in town! Thank you guys!

Matt is Great! I drive from California to see Matt for all of my purchases, and return for all services. I have purchased two street bikes and two dirt bikes from Matt. He always gives me great deals and always honest about everything. I won’t shop at any other places.

Located near 215 and Rainbow, Yamaha of Las Vegas is a pretty alright place. As far as the service department is concerned, I like them; honest, reasonable rates, and straight forward.
