Horrible Service – You Do Not Get the Best Rate at Allstate–
I was a loyal Allstate customer for well over a decade – I assumed my agent was looking for the best possible rates for me. They never informed me that I could get a better rate until the day I informed them I found a better rate myself at Geico. Who knows for how many years I was overpaying just because this office provided such horrible customer service. We now realize that the total financial loss comes to about $ 4000 over time. How coincidental that they all of a sudden had a better rate for me only when I was ready to change to Geico – that rate was obviously available much earlier but nobody bothered to try and save me the money – Beware of Allstate – Go elsewhere if you want an agent looking after your interests!!!

I was pulled over recently and given a citation for having suspended registration (because I had no insurance). I was pretty upset because I paid my insurance for a whole year up front.
I called and was placed with Yvette from this office on the phone. She patiently listened to me vent and did not interrupt me once. Then, she verified my details (before even me giving my policy number because she remembered me just by name) and updated the DMV records. It turns out that it wasn’t even their fault because the DMV did not have an accurate record.
Yvette even went out of her way to email me the right documentation I would need for getting my citation removed too.
The whole process took about 6 minutes, what more can I ask for?
