World Nails

I’ve been getting pedicures here for about 3 years, after the place I was going closed due to the owner retiring. I’ve always had a great experience and have been very happy with the quality. Getting a bottle of water is a nice touch too. I’ve had 4 different people do my pedicure here, they’ve all been very good. I like how they offer different packages to choose from — I know it’s an upsell — totally fine with me because it’s up front on a menu and not during service where someone may feel pressured. They keep it clean as well, and a few tvs to watch is nice.

Very friendly staff, I got a mani and pedi and I had told them I had to be somewhere at a certain time and they finished both in 30 min! Super fast which was amazing, I mean she did everything as to massaging my arms, legs and feet so she didn’t miss a thing, also nice place, 3 flat screen TV with sports on. The only thing I wish was more selection of nail polish color, but other than that great experience *2 thumbs up*

TONY is awesome at giving perfect pedicures!!! I also Just got a full set put on for the first time in OVER a year and they look absolutely BEAUTIFUL. All the ladies in here are so lovely and nice too! They listen to what you want and make sure you love your nails! My acrylics are just right, not too thick & shaped PERFECT! So glad I ended up working right next to this nail salon, how perfect! LADIES (& GENTS) IF YOU HAVEN’T BEEN HERE YET COME GET BEAUTIFIED!!! Oh and their prices are aaaaamazing!!! They were very busy and said the wait was 5 minutes so my sister and I waited. As we waited 3 other people came in for a pedi too and they took them first instead of us. They never even acknowledged us after they sat them down so we just left. Never would I go back, bad customer service!

These people are lucky they are getting one star. Poor customer service from the moment I walked in. They screwed up four of my nails during a French, Gel Manicure. Then tried to blame me saying it was my nails that were screwed up. It was not. They could only fix two of them. I noticed the other two when I got home. Not fixable. Don’t go here. Overpriced too.

The WORST and MOST DISAPPOINTING experience I have ever received!
If you have the time to read this review, please do; it will give you the true details you need to know about this nail salon.
First off, I have been jumping around nail salons since I have moved here last year in January and I still have yet to find one that fits my standards. When I first started going to world nails about 5 months ago, their service was amazing and the location was perfect to where I was staying at the time.
However, I moved to the southwest area and went to different spots that were convenient to me, but all were subpar. As a result, I decided to go back to world nails, although a twenty minute from my house, I did not mind bc I was confident in their quality of services done. First time back since my move, the nail lady was very kind as I recalled and service was up to standards in my book; second time back, everything was still going well.
But, my third time back is why I’m doing this review and never going there again. I called for an appointment with TRACY for a gel refill. I got to the shop on time and Tracy greeted me and told me she remembered me etc. Nail appt was going okay, till I noticed my nail surface was uneven from the buffer tool she used; I told her my concern, and she says, «oh…it from before… they put tip on crooked.» I look at her and say, «wasn’t it you who did my nails last? But I’m not talking about the tip of my nail, I’m talking about the acrylic… the surface u buffed is uneven.» So she finally fixes it after I slowly show her what I’m talking about.
As we get to the color applying portion of my appt, she applies the color but it looks transparent. I asked her if it will be darker if we do multiple coats, she says yes. So I take her word, and after 3 coats it’s still transparent. I then Ask her for advice bc I like the color but it’s so sheer even after she advised me to do three coats. Tracy then tells me, «I don know.» I say, «well should we do a darker color of the same tone over it or???». She then goes on to say, «choose different color.» Hmm, ya, thanks Tracy for the professional opinion.
I’m kinda erked by now bc I told her I liked the color but I just wanted it darker; so To make things easier I choose a tan color instead of the white. Tracy then tries to apply the tan color ON TOP of the three white coats she had advised me to do. I pull my hand away and tell her my concern, she now says, «I don’t have time.» Livid, I tell her «what do you mean you don have time? If you don’t have time then maybe you should find someone who has time. «Bc, evidentially, I had an appt with you and that is DEFINITELY not okay to tell you client. I should have walked out but bc I was pressed for time, I didn’t.
To make the end of the story short, she also didn’t have any basic silver rhinestones to do my nail design I wanted. I told her it was okay and she could just do something similar. Still, she advised me to do no design. I wouldn’t have minded, but I told her my nails would be for my birthday so I wanted them done up; clearly she didn give a care or maybe she didn’t understand. Idk but never again will I return. This place just wants to do quick service and only cares about the money; maybe not everyone, but Tracy forsure.

Always a pleasure getting a pedicure here. Hard working friendly staff. My feet are happy now.

This is my first time here and this place is great! The employees were very friendly, chairs comfortable, 3 tvs, the foot massage was great, and they really took care of me. Great experience! I have found my new nail salon!

I stopped here because it was near my house. I got a french gel polish manicure and within a day it was chipping already. I thought that maybe it was because of the «french» color that I had problems and decided to give them one more chance. I went back, I even mentioned that the first time I came the polish came off the next day… full color gel and the color was chipping and wearing off again within two days. I don’t think the girl was bad at what she does, but I think the quality of the product they use here is pretty bad. I won’t waste my money again.

I love everyone at world nails! I didn’t ever get my nails done but they by far out of any where in Vegas do the best eyebrows! !! They are clean and friendly! I miss them so much but I’ll be back in Vegas in July to very my eyebrows done. …it will be over a year at that point they ll have there work cut out lol I have been doing them myself not good :)

Seriously the worst nail spa I’ve ever encountered. Went and got a pedicure and she ripped off my whole toe nail trying to PEEL off the gel polish.

So I had to update my Unilocal review on this place because the details were so horrible that I had to edit my post. I believe they are not following proper sanitizing procedures. Be aware!

The ladies are so nice but I don’t feel like they pay attention to the little details & I always find myself fixing my nails when I get home which isn’t cool. I’m on a mission to find someone who is amazing…

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a good one. I’m very particular with my nails and cleanliness. The staff are very friendly, pricing is very reasonable compared to many nail salons, very clean salon, nails look great and there’s a nice fish tank when your drying your nails. They also offer complimentary bottle water and they have 3 flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. Definitely will be coming back.

I love having my nails done in here, the service is great. They really try to make you have a good experience. They got brand new chairs and flat screen tvs recently! I really like seeing small businesses trying to improve their business. Their pricing is really good. 20 bucks pedicures!!! But truly what i like the most is that i really do not need to wait to get my nails done. They are super efficient! They have about 3 – 4 people and they all move from client to client really fast! So if you ever need to have your nails done, make sure you visit them! They are very nice

After searching high and low for a good nail salon in my area I came across the world nails! The staff is friendly and they do a great job! I am a very meticulous person when it comes to my nails and I like a good artwork. They had it all… definitely a must go to!

Went in for a pink/​white fill & a pedi. Prices are good but Pedi was so-​so & Fill was AWFUL. Do not go here for your acrylics!
Also, the place is a little dingy & run-​down w/​kids of the technician in the shop which is NOT relaxing. I will not go back.

I desperately needed a pedicure the other day… my poor toes were in a sad state of disrepair. I happened to drive by this place while I was running errands, so I thought I’d give it a try.
I walked in and there was no wait. The employees all seemed nice, but also very quiet (which was perfectly okay with me, as I was dead tired at the time). My pedicure was thorough and the end result was quite nice. My toes looked great! And I couldn’t complain about the price (only $ 20 + tip).
I’m not sure if I would make this my regular nail salon, but I had a good experience.

Success! Almost. Yes, I think my toes are cursed. Just when I thought I had finished with a perfect pedicure, I arrived home to show off my digits to my husband, and he says, «What happened there,» pointing at a big smudge! I hopped back in the car, and the kind people at World Nails were happy to make it right.
Aside from the cursed toes, my experience was great. Clean salon with friendly employees, three TVs and a big selection of gossip magazines! I never read gossip magazines, so it was quite the guilty pleasure to flip through some US and OK. Did you know J-​Lo and Marc Anthony broke up?!? See, I am so behind on that stuff.
Nail polish selection was average. I think it might be worth it to start buying and bringing my own bottles. They did have some fancy colors though! Service was very attentive, including a complimentary bottle of water. The pedicure was extensive, minus hot rocks. Still, for $ 30 including a clear coat manicure, who can complain? Credit cards happily accepted.

The outside may fool you into thinking that this place is a cellular phone shop because of the picture of the Earth on the sign but it’s not. In fact it’s the best nail place I’ve been to so far! This is the second time I’ve been here for a pedicure and they rock my socks off literally. They spend so much time working on my feet and they are not in a hurry to get you out. I feel so relaxed when it’s time to go. They have nice massage chairs, an array of magazines to look at while you wait and they even offer you bottled water on those hot Las Vegas days. If you enjoy shows about food they also have a big screen TV that seems to be playing food shows every time I’ve been there but I’m a Unilocaler I enjoy watching food shows! The two times I had my pedicure done at World Nails… I couldn’t help admiring my feet because the outcome has been cute. This time I opted for a foam green with silver sparkles laid on the top… no crooked nails cut here! The pedicures here cost $ 20.00.
