Wireless Clinic – iPhone & Laptop Repair

Im a cop and seriously thought about coming back here on one of my duty days to shut this place down because of the run around and shady business these folks run. Let me start off by saying I usually support local businesses but this is exactly the reason why hole in the wall businesses get shut down. I brought my Ipad in to get the screen repaired because it cracked. They said it would take 45 min to repair. 2 hours later I get my ipad back. I go home and I can’t get a wifi signal. I thought perhaps my modem had shut down so I trouble shot and realize its the ipad. I call them up and they say bring it by tomorrow. I call the next day before I head over and they tell me its better to bring it by on monday. No problem I have other tablets. and computers. My wife bring the ipad by on Monday, they say they will check it out. She comes by 3 hrs later and tell her the wifi is missing and had the nerve to question her as if she had somehow taken it out. They say they will have it ready the next day. I call on Tuesday and they tell me they need two days to get it repaired because they need the part. Now I’m pissed and thinking it’s one of those places that take peoples broken items for repair and steal parts or swapped them out for old pieces to get the new pieces. Trust me Ive busted plenty of places like this. I end up giving them 3 days. I pick up my ipad and the wifi works, great! I go home and start playing with my ipad. I push the off button and guess what, the off button doesn’t work. Now im furious. I go back down there and basically lay it out that I had no problems with my ipad until I got here. I told them to fix it today as I waited and of course the technician is on a break in front of the store. Now Ive been sitting for an hour until he gets back and while Im waiting im just looking for violations and codes they have been breaking. I found a few such as taking cash only to avoid charging tax (I’m sure if I check the books their will be done discreprencies), not verifying iphones they buy to see if they are stolen or the electrical violations in the building or the business license that looks potentially fake. Im just scoping out the place as they have me waiting to long. Little do they know I’m a cop and little do they know how they are purposely pissing me off and making me want to come back and waste their time as they did mine, my wifes and even my sister in law who tried to get something repaired. I recommend going somewhere else to get your stuff fixed. The only reason I may not come back to check on things is because there are real issues out there to attrnd to and because the technician apologized once he fixed it and made an effort to try and keep me happy by offering screen protector and etc which I declined. The other two guys are useless especially the kid. Mark my words you are better off going somewhere else.
