I am shocked at my experience with Winterton Law Office, and not in a good way. He was supposed to write a demand letter for me. In the letter, my name was spelt wrong, dates referring to the incident were wrong, and the interest that was supposed to be cited from business contract was wrong. So I called and asked for a refund because I looked like a fool and the job wasn’t done. So they agreed to send the refund. Now I just received a letter, them claiming they’re denying my case. The reasons they’re claiming the denial are wrong too. I think they are trying to make it look like they denied the case, because I threatened to report him to the bar and demanded a refund. I would not recommend.

He is the epitome of «frivolous lawsuit» and should really be held accountable for his unethical means of earning a living. He dupes his clients into filing just nonsensical things to the court. That’s not the only thing, he doesn’t file the paperwork correctly! So this prolongs the process even more(what his clients want). If you google his name and«fines» you will see that various judges have fined him for incompetence. Also, google editorials in the Nevada papers and it should explain it all… I don’t have enough room here to explain everything.
