Glad I didn’t go with this company. We were planning a bridal shower and we met with the owner to discuss what type of food we would serve and she said it will be about a week and a half for the proposal. Well three weeks later and still no proposal. Left emails and several voice messages and never heard back. How can you run a business like that?! So happy I didn’t end up working with them because I couldn’t work with someone that doesn’t get back to me.

This catering company never let’s me down! I’ve had so many parties involved with their wonderful put together food. Not only does it look good, but it tastes fantastic! The owner Eva, is amazing, she’s fantastic when it comes to ideas. Literally the best catered food ever! Don’t forget to keep an eye out for her new restaurant Island Fusion. I can’t wait to try it out!

I am not grading the food here, I am grading the customer service. I planned a baby shower for a friend and had a verbal agrrment with the owner about seating, price and menu options. I was promised to get something in writing which never happened. I contacted the owner again before printing all the invitations and the owner confirmed that we were still on for the event and everything we talked about. I still had nothing in writing– she was«too busy.» Now, 3 weeks before the event, she no longer wants to honor our menu, seating arrangement and price point. Her response was«well, we have nothing in writing and I wanted to see how my business would be doing before I sent you anything.» She never had any intention of honoring our verbal agreement! She now wants more money than origionally agreed upon or we don’t get to have our event on the patio which was previously planned. My girlfirend and I were even flexible about the time of the shower. The owner felt it would be better for her business if we had the shower between the lunch and dinner rush– but now ‚“she is too busy at this timeof day and her rent is so high that she would loose money if she honored her first price point quote.” Needless to say, 3 weeks before the event, invitaitons printed, I am extrememly disapointed with the customer service this establishement has shown. They haven’t been open all that long and if they treat their customers this way, it won’t matter how high their rent is, they will be out of business for another reason! Be very carefull when booking anything with them! Get everything in writing up front. They also own Wild Truffles catering service on Sahara. They are not ture to their word.
