For example, when everybody else was naming their business after their first or last name, Wienerschnitzel went for something that would really stick out. We are the only place where you get bacon and ranch on top of your chili cheese fries or have a chili cheese fries on top of your hot dog and then finish it off with a dipped cone! History

Established in 1961.

Founded by John Galardi in 1961 with a single hot dog stand in Wilmington, California, Wienerschnitzel is a bona fide pioneer of the limited-​service food industry.
