This is the worst car wash service I have ever worked with!!! DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL COUPON!!! I tried to make multiple attempts at scheduling the service, I even took time off work and these people did not show up 3 times!!! such a waste of time and money… again:

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I hate writing negative reviews but these people disgust me. I have never felt such unprofessionalism from a company. Don’t have to take it from me, just experience your self and you will regret ever trying to do business with them.

Ok, the scheduling was crazy, they bumped me 3 times… seems someone was doing his scheduling but now the owner is handling it so he tells me. Well, 3 ½ hours later still no one here after he said he still wants to do the work. NOT!!!

I barely write reviews but I was so disappointed with the quality of customer service this company provides, I feel I have to share my experience with others.
I bought my deal for a detail job from living social for my jeep after having read many positive reviews from Unilocal.I was able to schedule my first appointment with them with ease. However, on the day of, they called me asking if I wanted to reschedule as they anticipated rain for the weekend. Sure, no problem! I rescheduled, thinking that was pretty considerate of them.
My 2^nd rescheduling was for another day at 4pm. 4pm came around and nobody showed up nor did I receive a phone call. I called them seeing if they were going to come. They said they were currently working on a tedious car job that involved lots of dog hair. They mentioned that by the time they were going to be done, the sun was to be set and it would be difficult to work on the details of my car. So I agreed to reschedule for another day.
They ended up showing on the third time I rescheduled. The guy worked on my car for hours but decided to quit prematurely, mentioning it wasn’t worth it for the $ 10 he was getting paid for this car job. He got the dirt off my car but since the wax wasn’t put on, the car got dirty in less than a week… and I use my car primarily for commute to/​from work. There was also a good amount of dog fur left in my car and my dirty floor mats were left in a pile in my trunk.
The receptionist called me after, apologized, and mentioned they were going to make it up by scheduling a free future detailing. Scheduled the free wash and by the time that day and time came, they were a no show with no phone call. I tried calling them multiple times with messages but no response. Incredibly unprofessional company. Couldn’t get a refund on my living social deal anymore as they had already redeemed it.
I really had high hopes for this company, esp. with them being an eco-​friendly, local business… but I will definitely not be using them or recommending them in the future!

I wish I could say how good of job they did on our car, but after telling me they were on there way and never showing up, to then have them reschedule and not only not show, but not even text or call to cancel makes it difficult to rate there work… but I can say for any business to pull a no call no show twice is as unprofessional as it gets and probably speaks volumes about their work.

Three no call, no shows. Bought package on Living Social and made the appointment.
First appointment was a no call, no show.
Called and spoke with Jenaya who stated they were behind schedule.
Okay, let’s reschedule for the same time and day one week later.
Next week again, no call, no show.
Call Living Social explaining what had happened and if they could help or just refund me for my voucher.
Living Social was able to make contact and Jenaya at Waterless Auto Detailing apologized and offered another auto detail for free.
I made the appointment for Friday 27^th March at 8AM.
Again no call, no show. I called Jenaya who said she would call to see where the guy was.
Third strike so I called and had LIving Social issue a refund.
I was disappointed due to the fact that W.A.D. looks like they do good work and have received good reviews.
Now my time was wasted, my truck is not detailed and I don’t think Jenaya and
.
So for that, Waterless Auto Detailing gets ZERO stars.

Awesome!!! I don’t think I can express how great a job they did! I purchased off Living Social I honestly feel it was the best $ 49 I’ve been in the longest time! !! The mini detail was everything!!! You can not go wrong! My car was horrible due to me just purchasing it and the lady had dog hair her hair it was super bad! My carpets looked like 5 kids spilled juice on the floor! Purchase this deal quick fast and in a hurry!

Did a great on our much needed car. Luis was polite and professional, took his time, didn’t rush at all.

I made an appointment about a week ago to get my car wash and when it was the day they had to wash my car, they did not bother calling me to let me know the guy was going to be late. And when I tried calling them, the girl Tanya said the guy would be half an hour late which would then be around 4pm. I waited until 5:30 and called up Tanya again and she acted like she doesn’t know what was going… And said she will call me back after she talks to the guy, but she never called me after that. One thing that I found weird was that at first she said the guy called me but I never answered his call, ACTUALLY I never received a phone call whatsoever. When I called Tanya the second time she said that he «emailed» her to let her know he would be half an hour late, like do you not do PHONE CALLS???
So would you consider «leaving customer hanging» a good business? I don’t think so. I am VERY VERY disappointed in this company. Even though it cheaper than other places, I would rather pay a little bit extra to actually have the person SHOW UP and wash my car. What a waste of time AND money, honestly. I DO NOT recommend this place at all… Such a rip off.

The best car wash I’ve ever had. Honestly looks better then when I purchased my car. They spent so much time detailing my car they even followed me to my job to finish it! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!! Really down to earth cool people. I will definitely be back for another wash

Louie took time and care to make sure our van was completely cleaned and perfect. Our van has not been this clean since we picked it up from the dealers lot. I would recommend him to anyone and I will definitely be using his services again. Louie was on time and even called me to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and courteous.

Waterless Auto Detailing is top notch! I picked up the Living Social deal with no thoughts of how it would turn out. Was I amazed! Louie and his wife turned my 2003 Dodge Ram into a total showroom truck again. The engine cleaning was fantabulous! I can nearly eat off the damn thing now. The attention to detailing in and out was unreal. I recommend his services to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

We bought the package on living social and we can not be more surprised. The mini detail package for the car or sedan was just what or honda needed. He detailed the whole interior including shampooing of the carpets and seats. Our car was very dirty and we only kept on waiting to get it done due to the crazy weather we’ve been having in the valley. Our car looks and smells great, we all know that feeling when your car is all clean and looks and smells great. He really knows how to bring the life back into a extremely dirty car. He was fast and went into detail to find the little areas inside that collected dirt over the months… Extremely great service and complete satisfaction! Get to it and get your car looking amazing today!

These guys just spent 3.5 hours scrubbing the grime off what must have been the dirtiest 2000 Huyndai in existence. It looks like a 2015 car now. Notice I said looks, not runs. My point is, this is above and beyond service if I have ever seen one. I didn’t think anyone worked so hard and so well any more. I cannot recommend them enough. No, really. Out of this world job. Kudos!

Louie did a fantastic job on both my wife’s car and mine today. My wife has a black Suburban and that thing was shining! My truck has a wrap on the body so no polishing on the body but the wheels looked awesome. The interior on both vehicles was outstanding. He took the time to really take care of our cars. Thank you very much. We will be back as customers soon.

I was a little apprehensive in the waterless car wash approach, after all, I’m entrusting Louie to take care of over $ 100K worth of vehicles… nothing to worry about! He showed up at the house, I gave him the keys (he didn’t even need to move the cars out of the garages), I left him alone and a short time later came out to magically clean cars, inside and out. Rims were spotless, wheels looked great, cars looked showroom ready. Thanks for the the great job Louie, your WATERLESS AUTO DETAILING business just got a new repeat customer! Wish I could post a couple pictures of how great the cars look so others could see. Great job, well done!

Excellent service. Cleaned 3 of our cars today. Worked in a timely manner. Affordable and the most important part is a job well done our cars are super super clean. very professional.

I haven’t typed out a review in a looong time, but this place definitely deserves some love.
I heard about Waterless Auto Detailing through a Living Social deal.
I was skeptical at first as I’ve never done mobile auto detailing before, let alone via a coupon.
Louie was super nice when he came up to my workplace. He told me it would be about an hour and a half.
A little primer: My car has a black interior. The most I do is vacuum the inside every month.
I’ll probably wipe the inside every time a black president gets elected.
So the console, dash, etc was extremely dusty.
Wiping it with a damp microfiber cloth didn’t do too much for me.
After Louie was done with it, my car looked brand new.
The outside, including the tires and rims, were sparkling clean.
I’m surprised they were able to get it that clean using a water-​less solution.
The inside was even more impressive. Everything looked like it came straight from the dealership, and the shampoo of the seats and floor left a great, clean smell.
The most impressive thing? They were able to get every single crevice inside!
I immediately brought a couple of my co-​workers outside to inspect.
One wiped my rim with his finger, no joke, Mary Poppins style. Clean.
Because Louie offers corporate group rates, a bunch of my co-​workers are planning to get their cars done.
I’m definitely going to use this place again.
