I’ve been seeing Dr. Ly for over a year now and he is phenomenal! Unlike the majority of pharmacists in town, he cares about his patients and is very accommodating.
Previously, I used walgreens/​cvs/​costco, however always hated going through them as the staff were either lazy, rude, or insensitive… horrible bedside manner/​customer service. It’s shameful what we now have to put up with when using these services from the organizations I mentioned earlier.
Dr. Ly truly defines what the Pharmacy experience should be. It’s unfortunate I did not locate him sooner as life would have been much easier.
Thank you Dr. Ly for providing the best pharmacy experience for your patients.
