VerdeClean – Eco Friendly Cleaning Services

I met Verde at a business function and was very interested in green cleaning services for my green day spa. Verde was quick to answer any questions and even dropped off a sample of their green cleaning products. From day 1 the professionalism, customer service, and performance has been top notch. It is nice to have local «green» business that is reliable, honest, and does a fantastic job! I highly recommend Verde to any and all businesses. I bought a Groupon for 2 hours of cleaning with Verde Clean. I just had Angelica over on Friday and I was very pleased with both her work and her communication. I set up the appoint on Verde Clean’s website where they had a special log in for people with the Groupon or Living Social deals to schedule appointment. It was straight forward and the only thing I thought was a little iffy was having to input a credit card, but I understand why they asked.
I got an email confirmation the day before and Angelica called an hour before the appointment to confirm. She arrived on time and with what she needed to clean. I gave her the list of what I would like based on if she had time and she went right to it. She was really good about estimating her time and ended up doing just about everything I requested.
Based on this experience I would certainly contact Verde Clean again for house cleaning and would recommend them.

Buyers don’t even think about it!!! I bought the Groupon and it was a nightmare working/​scheduling with this company. The first time I contacted them they did not return my phone call, when they did they told me that I could schedule online, which I did. Then the day of the appt I received an email informing me that the «cleaning ambassador» is unable to make it due to personal reasons. So I scheduled again online with a Maria, which was confirmed then I get an email confirmation informing me that I will be scheduled with some other lady but then, wait for it… The day of the appt I get a call from a man informing me that he will be the one cleaning my home! lol Not only that I was told over and over again that he was unable to really get items cleaned because the products are organic/​eco-​friendly and don’t do such a good job with getting everything clean and then suggested other products I could use myself… Ummmm ok thanks for everything, I guess… Never going back again!

Update, Brandy — the cleaning lady, did the great job, maybe a little slowly but very detailed and high quality! I don’t have any complaints at all!

Great job. Very nice, respectful and very helpful. Did a great job cleaning. My apartment looks like new :) I will definitely request another cleaning in the future.
