Got a tattoo here back in November by Jorge, dude is very skilled in his craft and exceeded my expectations in detail very AWSOME artist.

My wife and I got our first tattoos from Penny. Vegas Tattoo rocks. Everyone was great. Thanks to Penny for the awesome ink. Highly recommended.

On a whim, I popped in here for some ink. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I was impressed by the pleasant welcome and quick accommodation. I was introduced to the artist who would do my tattoo, Penny. She was so friendly and warm, a rare thing in the tattoo industry, or at least in my experience. I came back 30 minutes later and she got to work. I’m no stranger to tattoos, and she has impressed the daylights out of me with the work she did. I was a bit shocked by the price after, and had I known what it would cost, I probably wouldn’t have gone through with it. That being said, I’m so glad I didn’t know the price, because then I wouldn’t have such a beautiful addition to the existing work on my back. Another example that you truly do get what you pay for. Penny was pleasant to chat with, and very kind. And with 22 years experience, it really shows in her work, and she is worth every penny. The way she interacted with her coworkers the whole time also was so nice to witness. I have an artist I normally see at home, but I will continuously wrestle with the idea of coming all the way back to Vegas to see Penny for my work. She. Rocks. Mad love to you Penny.

I’m not review kind of person but I just had an awesome experience at this BEAUTIFUL tattoo shop, excellent staff, the tattoo artist made me feel comfortable right away visualizing with me what I wanted and did a great job. They are a bit pricey I’m not gonna lie but you definitely get what you pay for. Thank you Vegas Ink for the great experience I will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place. It is pricey but hey, you’re in Vegas right? and you get what you pay for. They do AMAZING WORK. THEY ROCK!
Myke did a tattoo on our daughters foot and did an great job. Chris put one on myself and our son and those too are AMAZING. They are very pleasant and friendly. Will definitely go back and recommend our friends do the same.

Jay did a great job. I had my first tattoo (Tempus Neminem Manet.)… forearm tattoo. He was hella cool, calm, and made it a comfortable experience. I would highly recommend him and Vegas Ink. Great people all around and quality work.

I came to Las Vegas for my friends birthday and already decided I would be getting my first tattoo. I read the reviews on this place and was a little hesitant, but I was close by and decided to check it out. I walked in and was greeted by an artist right away. I explained what I wanted and showed a picture. The artist was very informative and helpful about size, placement, and detail. Starting price for any tattoo is $ 120. I agree this is a little pricey BUT YOU ARE IN VEGAS! I agreed to the tattoo. The artist took his time drawing it on my leg. He double checked his work and had me check it as well to make sure I was happy with it. The tattoo itself only took about 10 min. He did a great job and I love my tattoo!

I had a great experience at Vagas Ink! Melissa hooked me up with a great Tat! Will be back for another Tat.

The end result was decent but we paid $ 1400 for a stenciled on, black and white tattoo that took all of an hour. We could have paid a third of that for the same results somewhere else. Don’t waste your money and get sucked in! This place is an overhyped rip off!

I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel its necessary under the circumstances. I am going to avoid using the specific name of the artist that I went to because I am not trying to be insulting. I went into this shop during the day to make an appointment with a friend for later in the evening, we did not know what we wanted to get yet. The deposit was 100 $ each, we knew we’d be getting something small and I knew from the get go this was an extremely overpriced place but face it, you’re in vegas. Everything seemed fine until we returned for our appointment. We were told that the piece we decided on could not be done as it was too small for the detail on it (which I completely understand, I have many tattoos and experience in shops, this tattoo was completely doable with minor detail) and that even if they could, it would run 500 $ each. This was something thats roughly 4 inches tall and 2 inches wide. Since they said they could not do it, I asked for the deposit back which I then found out was non refundable and was told to pick something else. I felt as if I was being completely scammed and at this point they were being incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was frustrated not wanting to lose my deposit and we decided on a small phrase, 7 letters total, on both of us, in typewriter font. Single line, no shading, one pass. I was honestly too nervous to do anything more complicated after we were told to original piece could not be done. The tattoos on each of us took about 15 minutes at most, we had already paid the 100 $ each for the deposit (which is the rate for 1 HOUR) and were charged an additional 100 $. So that is 30 minutes total and we were charged for the equivalent of 3 hours. I still would not mind if I were happy with the work, but I am not. The line work is not clean, the lettering not even, and the font is off. In addition to the work itself this shop was not following all sanitary procedures. With that being said I still left a 15% tip because two wrongs don’t make a right and I have an appreciation for every artist and their work. I do not speak for the whole shop itself as I am sure there are very talented artists, just do your research before you go. No disrespect to Vegas Ink but I cannot recommend you go here as it was the worst experience in any tattoo shop I have ever been to. :(
