UYE: Angels vs. Dodgers viewing at Yard House – Town Square

Yard House is a great place for good food, good service, a nice selection of beers, and a place to watch sports. And that is what I did with some of my fellow Unilocalers, some were fans of the game and some just came to catch up, either way, thanks for the company and good laughs.

Maybe I’m giving it 5 stars because this was the first UYE that I was involved in putting together. So, deal with it.
This is going to sound crazy to some. I have lived in Vegas for 7 years now, and I have never been to Town Square. Don’t judge me… I’m trying to get away from my side of town, and out of my rut. So, I showed up early to see what else Town Square had to offer. But, that is for a different review.
Anywhoooo! The day before our UYE, I called The Yard House to see if I needed to reserve a table and more importantly to make sure we could get a T.V. to watch the game. I talked to the manager, Bo. He was extremely helpful and guided me in our options. He explained to me that they will set up 3 tables, since I made the reservation for 12. There were 10 of us there… so that was great. Bo, also explained that there was an automatic 18% gratuity that they add for parties over 8. That was fine, as we all tipped more.
Loren, who co hosted the UYE, brought in napkins with our team logos, and mints. Awesome, touch!!!
So, I want to thank everyone that came out to support the night. I absolutely enjoy being part of this Unilocal community.
