Urban Palm

Amazing service! I was so sick and was about to start calling around to see if I could get some soup and medicine. Urban palm went and picked up cold and flu medicine, cough drops, and gatorade for me. Then ran to Archi’s and grabbed me some soup. They had everything to me in about an hour. Literally a life saver.

absolutely fantastic service– makes my life better & easier!

I was in a bit of a pickle and needed to get some documents delivered before I left for the airport. I just happened to read about Urban Palm in the Seven magazine that day and decided to give them a try. I have to say, as the owner of a small business and a single mom, all the hours in my day are pretty much slammed. So, I was intrigued.
I downloaded the app, and it was pretty easy to use. You create a quick profile, link your account to a card, and can pre-​pay hours on your card. My only suggestion for the app is that it is a little confusing to go in after the job has been complete to give a tip and a review of that service. There’s nothing on the home screen that tells you you have a job open, so I had to maneuver through the app a bit to get to it.
Regarding the service, good lord! Awesome. Once I entered in my request, I got a text within minutes confirming the service and who would be assigned to work for me. I then got a text from that person and she kept in touch with me the entire time. Even via text, everyone was personable and professional.
All in all, a solid service, and as a small business owner, it’s a great way to get some of those pesky tasks out of the way that can keep you focused on getting through each day.

Great service provided by professional people. From emergency slurpee deliveries, to curtain installation, to car retrieval after a fun night out on The Strip. Urban Palm does it all.
For a busy individual who needs help with tasks through out the house, errands around city, or basic hangover help, the limitless services provided by local «Palms» are too convenient not to use.
I find that my overall experience with UP has been hassle free, leaving me with more time to enjoy hobbies, friends, and family.

I live in Portland and most of my family still live in Vegas. My siblings were throwing my mom a big party and I wasn’t able to make it and completely forgot to even send a gift. I know, what a great daughter right?
Well, I heard about Urban Palm through some Vegas friends and figured I’d give them a call. I was so happy I did! Chris answered the phone and was extremely helpful and made sure to find out exactly what I needed, which was very specific items that I wished to buy as gifts for my mom.
The «PALM» (what they call the assistant) I was provided with was Jenn. She hunted down every single item on my list, wrapped them and personally delivered them to my mother along with a big warm hug! My mom told me that Jenn was the most delightful young lady she’s met in a long time and that (only half jokingly) she wants adopt her as her daughter to replace me. :-/​
Every step of the way Urban Palm was extremely polite and professional. I will definitely be using them again and I strongly encourage you to as well.
