Twisted Vape

Avoid this place. They do not care about customer service, nor do they back the products they sell. I bought my girlfriend a over priced vape stick for her birthday here. and of course when I gave it to her, she didn’t like it. After taking it back to the store still sealed in box, with receipt 6 days after purchase, the minimum wage queen who was working the register denied the refund, opened the sealed box because she couldn’t understand why it was being returned… after telling this person 10 times its BRAND NEW, NEVER USED she still kept asking is there juice in the unit. she still denied the return. Bottom line, I don’t have time to deal with places like this due to shady stuff, so I simply take my money elsewhere. After some research I found out this particular unit was $ 30 bucks more expensive than anywhere else. so I caution each and every one of you to price check this place. Ripoff, Horrible Customer service, and bad attitudes. Now I buy my coils, juice and other vape stuff somewhere else. They do not deserve my business, or yours. You have been warned.

Almost midnight and I absolutely NEEDED a new juice. This shop is open late! I had never noticed this place in a strip mall behind a bank on the SW corner of Sahara and Rainbow. They saw me pull up and were in place to greet and assist me right away! They have a wide range of flavors, and «Monster» asked what my flavor profile was and we worked from there. Everything I tried was very tasty, I was ready to buy the first flavor but they encouraged me to try more unique and personalized flavors. The prices were also the best I’ve seen in town, $ 15 for 30ml– let me say these are not «bargain barrel» flavors either, really solid stuff.
Overall: Monster was a super awesome dude with excellent customer service and knowledge of the liquid and devices. The flavors and prices are equally awesome. The hours are so convenient. Check this place out!!!

Guy was super nice and super informational. I got two juices for $ 20 because why buy one for $ 15. The staff was very patient and let me try as many flavors as I wanted. Even after picking the one I thought I liked most he insisted I continued testing other flavors. Not to mention, I came 5 minutes before closing time.

I will definitely be coming back even with a long drive to get here. They are super nice and have a great selection on vape juices and a nice selection on vapes. What’s also awesome is their deal of the day is a 30ml bottle of vape juice for $ 5 and every day is a different flavor. So much fun.

I’m kinda surprised I haven’t heard of this shop before. IT didn’t come up on the search for vape shops on Unilocal for some reason, but it did come up on a google search for vape shops near me. Wish I knew about it before. I went to a diff shop and they vape the sold me was driving me nuts cause it didn’t work all the time and I’d be in there at least once a week. Then I went around and got diff vapes from diff shops, and they all eventually broke or had major issues. I was starting to think maybe I should just smoke real cigs. Then I found one on a roadtrip the joyteche ego one mega that lasted forever and didn’t have issues all the time. I love that they are open late! I took my vape in there cause it was broken cause I dropped it at work. I have a Ego one Mega Joyteche vape. They fixed it and I didn’t have to buy anything, I know I didn’t buy anything but still they where friendly and have good customer service and that can be hard to find sometimes. Also they sell vape liquid in bulk. You can get vape liquid by the gallon. lol… IDK if I will buy the gallon yet, maybe I will. I think it’s a liter for 75 $ or something. Not sure the exact size but it’s the size down from the gallon. I actually have like 2 of those sizes now that are about half way threw. I don’t like to go get new liquid for my vape all the time, I just like to buy in bulk and be good for a few months. lol Not surprising to me that they have such high ratings on Unilocal either. Wish I came to this place 1^st when I got my 1^st vape I’m sure it would have saved me 100 $ of dollars on vapes that didn’t work.

First review I’ve done but just had too! This place is amazing took my husband since I’m trying to help him stop the habit of smoking and they really educated us on vaping. He was able to try out different flavors. Would definitely recommend this place for beginners and even people who’ve been vaping for a long time. Will be back soon!

I finally after a couple vape shops & a couple vape/​smoke shop, have found the BEST vape shop! that I will now cont to go to from here fwd! I love how you guys are open so late. Also mike & Justin have always been there when i go they are very nice & knowledgeable! When you go in they make you feel like your part of there family, they dont push stuff on you & are very willing to take time & explain things to you about the different mods, tanks & whatever other questions you might have! Not to mention have a great selection of good juices, you can try as many juices as you want to get that right juice for your taste, which i also love, since i am so picky! I would tell anyone that vaps to stop jumping around the other shops & make this your permenant shop! The prices are good & they will work with you! Way to go guys! Love going in there, feel like its my 2^nd home! You guys are kickin the asses of the other vape shops! Come on ppl they help us with are vape needs now pay it fwd & make this your home vape store!

everytime i come into twisted vapes, it’s never a bad experience ! the vibe is great & so are the employees. i was looking for a juice that i got from another state & every shop i have been to didn’t have it, so they recreated for me. i even called them around 12:30am asking them if it’s possible they could stay open until i got there, due to i didn’t get off of work till 1:30am. & of course, they did ! i arrived & they offered me a drink & some pizza they had. i hung out with them until about 2:45am. & it was great ! their customer service was awesome !

Better than a lot of shops in Vegas. Good prices & chill staff. Use to go to Vape City but left them for this place.

We finally found a vape shop with friendly and honest owners in Vegas! Great prices on juices and other accessories. They’re also open later than any other shop so it’s very convenient for our schedules.
We love the atmosphere in the shop as well. They have couches and TV’s so you can vape and hang out. I would recommend this shop to everyone out there who vapes! :)
P. S. I also love the fact that I was able to bring my bluenose pitbull around the shop and they welcomed him with open arms and a bowl of water :) love them!
