We are absentee owners of a condo in Las Vegas. It can be really scary hiring someone without a reference for a job in your home. We found Troy on Unilocal.He answered call quickly, made appt when we needed, as we would only be in town for 2 days, he came on time with samples, and even brought us a $ 10.00 Starbuck’s card just for giving him an opportunity to help us!!! Impressed! He helped us pick out blinds and had them installed after we had already returned home to L.A. Our friend in Vegas said they looked great and he left the house as he had found it — immaculate — unlike other contractors who leave trash and dirt behind. When we didn’t mail his check on time due to no fault of our own, he didn’t get mad, and then we screwed up the amount, and he was STILL TOTALLY PATIENT. I would recommend him anytime! We’ve had a really rough year, and every little bit of help means the world to my family. Thanks, Troy.
