I just started seeing Dr. Goldsmith about a month ago. The staff here is fantastic, laid back, and always down for some silliness. I’m really happy with the amount of weight I’ve lost but I was surprised he’s a normal family doctor too. I’m going to be using him as my primary care provider for the foreseeable future. It’s just easier for me when you have a good staff that can kind of take care of whatever your needs from medical, to nutrition, to aesthetics.

Where do I start, from the front of the house up until you meet with Dr. Goldsmith himself. They were warm and inviting and made me feel comfortable. Just lovely lovely people. Down to earth and just people that know how to enjoy themselves at work; all the while definitely getting the job done with pride and quality. I look forward to getting in shape with the help of Dr. Goldsmith and professional staff.

I went to this location a few months after having my 1^st baby in search for a weightloss package I had called before goin in and they had quoted me a price for what I was looking for. I made an appointment and went in thinking it was perfect once I arrived everything was goin great and once I sat down and spoke to the doc in the back he said it would be over $ 800 for what I wanted… when I said that was too much and I told him I had called before coming he said that was impossible and I must of been a crazy person to think I was goin to Get any type of weightloss package at that quoted price so it was basically false advertising and a waste of time and I had to leave my child for nothing… I will never go back to these places they made me like I was some fat disgusting person when I had just had a baby! These people are soulless roided out money suckers!

I usually only do positive reviews on Unilocal.This is the first time i have ever done a bad review. I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. My first clue should have been the rude front desk staff. The office is run so poorly that I had been waiting for almost a hour past my appointment time. The time before that as well. That should have been my second clue. My third clue should have been the fact that the office does not specialize in one thing. They do allergy shots, b 12 shots, juvaderm, botox, hormone replacement, pain medication management, weight loss, and the last time I was there I saw that they are now doing MM as well. I guess their theory is they want to do as much as possible. Specializing in nothing. Doing anything they can to try and make money. Going into their office last time it was like they were trying to sell me anything and everything they could. No regard for me as a person or as a patient. I had a few questions that I asked Dr. G in a very calm and professional manner. Instead of responding in the same calm and professional manner he was rude, condescending and treated me like I meant nothing to him as a patient or even as a human being for that matter.. I have never had a Dr. treat me so poorly. To the point that after I write this short review for Unilocal I will be leaving a in depth complaint with the board going into full detail of my experience. It is unfortunate I had to write my first negative review but I wanted to warn others so they do not ever have to experience what I did. I wish i would have went on Unilocal before going to this Dr. I would have never went after seeing that all the recent reviews are bad.

Dr hoffman is really nice and patient but I’m sorry to say, most people working there are absolutely incompetent.

Staff is very rude and condescending, told nurse I’d been sick all week with cough and sore throat and he just said,“agh u don’t sound or look sick to me!” Glad u can evaluate my sickness based on looks. Also the wait time is horrible, usually have to wait a hour or more in waiting room to see the doctor. This place is also extremely paranoid about drug abuse, told me I need to take a drug test for my mild anti-​depressant I’m on and amphetamine salts. I find it insulting that my own doctor doesn’t trust me with non narcotic medications! Sorry to say it but Dr Goldsmith and his team are quacks. I shouldn’t need to take a drug test because you have a history of over prescribing narcotics, so unprofessional.

This is hands down the worst doc office, the staff is incompetent. The doctor is rude and horrible. I would not recommend this facility at any cost. Plenty of comparable treatment in Las Vegas with «human treatment» rather than disgusting «you don’t matter» from your doctor and staff?!

Would not recommend this place for filler injections. I have been to many medspas for Juvederm, and this place does not measure up. This is the type of place that cuts corners and makes excuses for their errors. After opening and using half a syringe of Juvederm, the staff did not store my remaining syringe in the right temperature causing the filler to dry up. They did not realize this until attempting to inject my lips with air (a serious medical no-​no) and tried to blame their mistake on a product defect. They have since failed to return my calls so all I can do is let others know of their incompetence. The star is for the girl’s amazing technique the first time. On another note, I would recommend to anyone looking to go here to check
before making the decision to take your business here.

Front office staff is extremely rude. Very unprofessional and makes you feel like you are bothering them by just walking into the place. I’m sorry but I don’t feel like I have to drop a few hundred dollars and feeling like a bother. Dr’s are nice and straight to the point but can’t get past the fact that the front staff is so rude. I’ll take my 400 dollars else where

Dr’s Goldsmith and Hoffman have been my doctors for several years, now. They’ve shown a lot of caring for me, over the years. I have come here for general medical, as well as for weight loss, at one time. Concerned about my entire health picture, they often take it upon themselves to do checks/​double checks to make sure that I am getting the latest and best in medical treatments. Though they are serious and professional when I need their help, they also maintain a sense of humor that keeps me from being scared. The office staff has also been there a long time, and are very friendly. They always remember me. I think that it’s great that this practice is diversified, as far as the general health concerns most of us face at one time or another. Many years ago, I had a GP that was OK-​enough, but did not seem to be up on the latest protocols and treatment options. So, I appreciate Drs Goldsmith and Hoffman’s efforts to keep abreast of these things, very much. It doesn’t matter if I’m coming in with an acute ear ache or a more general concern, they always seem to know what to do.

Do your research and be safe! !

I have been coming here for a few years. Have had family come here and loyalty seems to mean nothing to these people. Everytime i go in i am told a diffrerent price. They make up prices based on what they feel like charging so beware and make sure you write down the price and who told you that.
I saw a doctor 2 months ago and they charged me a $ 75 doctor visit fee and i got the diet material and medication. walked in with the understanding that total i would be charged $ 150– $ 175. Walked out and total bill was $ 240 because they added a test that they needed before they could do the program. I paid it. Next month i went in and refilled my perscription… No problem.
The month after I am told I CANNOT come in and refill without seeing a doctor which would cost me an additional $ 75 plus the amount for the persciptions which is $ 80. Total would be $ 155. They never told me that to begin with and now I feel like they are just trying to take money from me non stop instead of trying to help me.
I will not be going back there ever again!

I’ve been here twice now for my allergy shots and I honestly feel much better in a few short days. The doctors are great at assessment and creating a plan that will help you get better.

This is a very odd place… They do pretty much everything: diet supplements, allergy shots, B12 injections, even MM evaluations. I came in for an allergy shot. I filled out the paperwork, waited for awhile, went in to get my temperature, weight, and blood pressure. So far, so good. Then I was taken through what looked like a back storage area and into the examination room. That was very odd, and didn’t really add to a sense of security.
I waited for quite awhile in the exam room, during which time some EDM music blared loudly outside of the door for a few minutes before someone turned it off. After some time, the medical personnel (I’m not sure of her title) came in to meet with me. She was dressed casually in jeans, a shirt, and stylish boots. Again, another surprise because I’m used to medical personnel wearing scrubs or a lab coat or something! The consultation was fine, she asked for my symptoms, talked about the shot, asked if I needed anything else, then left. A few more minutes passed, and a nurse came in to give me the injection.
Everyone was friendly enough, it just didn’t seem like the most professional type of place. But, I got what I came for, and everything took about an hour from start to finish.
*side note– I see some great reviews for Trim Care… odd that they all come from people with fewer than 10 total reviews… But, I guess you have to start somewhere!

This place is amazing. they do everything from botox to weight loss… great staff.dr. goldsmith is the best very caring and personable.

I am pretty happy so far and have lost 10 lbs. The staff is very friendly, and do walk with you through the process. I have a stubborn metabolism, and fall off the wagon pretty easy so they have been pretty good to stand by me. I hope to loose another 20 ;-)

I’m down 20 pounds and loving it! Adam Luckette takes awesome care of me whether its diet or health. The staff is amazing! Give them a try!

Trust Goldsmith, he’s a doctor! A REAL one in the midst of all these «health spas» out there. Go to trimcare for safe, medically supervised weight loss. The programs are customized to fit YOU so there’s always a better chance of success and they’ll change it up if it’s not working. They’re encouraging but will also keep you in check! Thank you for providing the best care!
