My mom loves Dr. Phan and his staff so much, she brings banana q (banana egg rolls) to every visit. While waiting to get picked up, Dr. Phan tells me to wait a little longer, runs out and gets pastries from the bakery two stores down for my mom and I. Every visit, he goes above and beyond! Definitely worth the cavities haha.
Dr. Phan and his staff is so attentive, caring, sweet, and overall amazing! He’s been my dentist since I was 16 and for years I’ve always felt comfortable and taken care of. They do a great job!
I’ve referred many people to him because his office is great! If you’re looking for a dentist in town, definitely go to Town & Country Dental!

I LOVE Dr Phan and his staff. They are so awesome! Everyone is very friendly which makes a person like me (with a lot of anxiety) feel really relaxed. I love how they are thorough with my exam and any cost break down of everything that needs to get worked on. Every visit was very pleasant. Even my kids were well behaved here! Dr. Phan knows how to calm my 3 yr old before he got to look at his teeth and do all the x-​rays. He is very patient, sensitive to our needs and even funny. Lol! I honestly have been to different dentists around Las Vegas and this place is going to be my «home» dentist from now on. I highly recommend coming here for any dental work, you won’t be dissapointed.

After having such a terrible experience with my last dentist, I’m pleased to find a dentist I can trust. I feel like they are truly honest and their work is perfection. The receptionists are friendly and quick. They verify insurance easily and let you know about future costs. I need a lot of dental work done and I’m happy to have found Town and Country Dental! I recently had a couple fillings done with them, which were easy and painless. The dentist asked me multiple times how I was doing, which I really appreciated. I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends.

It’s been a while since my last review but I am happy to report that after all these years, Town and Country Dental is still amazing and Dr. Phan is still awesome.
There is a fairy new dental hygienist and she is gentle during x-​rays and cleaning. She even remembered where the area I have sensitivity.
Still open on Saturday which is ultra-​convenient to my schedule.
Bonus: Suzuya is next door so you can treat yourself to a nice treat after!

Dr. Phan and his staff are excellent! They truly care about what they do. I am always greeted with a smile and always asked about any concerns I have. They are also great listeners, things I’ve talked about 6 months ago they still remember about. They really treat patients like family more than anything else! Also it’s cool that Dr. Phan always calls his patient the same day of the visit to make sure everything went well. He really goes above and beyond most dentists. As for the hygienists, I usually get Venetia who is amazing. I’m not scared to go into the chair and have my teeth cleaned by her, she’s always so gentle and nice.
Definitely recommend any and everyone to this place!

First dental office I have been to since living in Vegas. I took my three children for a check up and my experience was surprisingly pleasant. I do not like my children getting x-​rays if not needed and the use of certain chemicals. The Dentist was very nice and patient when I expressed those feeling to him. He kindly explained why it would be necessary. That was very important to me because I usually get some snotty rude answer back. The receptionist is always nice and professional. I have had to reschedule quite a few times and yet have been very understanding. Office is clean, and staff is courteous!

Dr. Phan has been my dentist for about 3 years now. Today I had my first cavity fillings. When I was a child, I had a lot of dental work and a dentist who never listened to me. I had felt all of the 15 fillings I had when I was a kid. It was horrible. Dr. Phan went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and completely numb before starting the procedure. He is gentle and checks with you while he is working. Today was the first dental experience I have had, where I truly experienced no pain. He is amazing and so is his entire staff. I highly, highly recommend him to be your dentist. My favorite part, he has always called in the evenings to check on you. Even if you only had a cleaning, he wants to make sure you are ok. That to me, is incredible patient care. Thank you Dr. Phan for your amazing work.

I have been coming to Town & Country since moving to Las Vegas almost three years ago and can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Phan and his staff. They are friendly, professional, and do great work.

Dr Phan is simply amazing. He’s our family dentist and is so great with my son, who has autism. No dentists, whether specialized in autism or not, has been good with Kai and Dr Phan is so great! He’s funny and his staff is awesome. They are so outgoing and are like family to us. Oh yeah and Dr Phan calls each patient after hours to check on them. Who does that!!! Yep no one. Five stars all the way.

Dr. Phan is the best. He has great bedside manner. He is very sincere and taking his time to talk to his pts. His stuff is great as well. Every1 is friendly and efficient. Feel very lucky to be a pt with Dr. PHAN.

Honestly this is the best dental office ever! The entire staff is really friendly and seem genuinely concerned with their patients. I’m new to Vegas, so I wasn’t really sure where to go when looking for a good dentist, but I’m so happy I gave this place a try. Dr. Phan and his staff have really exceeded my expectations. I only wish I could give more than five stars. :)

I’ve never minded going to the dentist. I guess I was always lucky finding good ones too. But Dr. Phan is the best dentist I’ve been to yet.
I started with a cleaning and check up. He found some small cavities that needed attention. so I made a follow up visit to get those taken care of at a later date.
The entire staff is friendly. They were sure to keep me up to date on out of pocket costs and if I’d feel comfortable doing all 3 cavities in one sitting. Heck yeah, get it done and over with! Dr. Phan is awesome, great chair side manner, keeps you laughing even with all that stuff in your mouth. Makes sure your comfortable the entire time. I didn’t feel a thing and it was all over before I knew it. I felt like I should give him a tip when he was done it was so easy.
I will definitely continue to see Dr. Phan and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

From the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, down to the cleanliness of the clinic and the superior treatment you get from Dr. Phan, it’s 5 stars all the way! I dread going to the dentist but they managed to make my entire experience bearable. Elizabeth the hygienist was wonderful, very light handed and has a genuine concern for her patients. They lay it down as is, what your options are, where they want to take you with your treatment and ultimately let you decide on what you’re comfortable with and no pressure to upsell. Dr. Phan gives his patients his personal cell number, who does that? LOL. I’m grateful to my sister for the referral, it’s nice to finally find a doctor that truly cares about your well being and not just see you as a walking dollar sign like most unfortunately do.

Dr. Phan and his staff truly care about their patients and treat them as family members.
Dr. Phan personally calls you in the evening to follow up after each treatment, and gives you advices on the needed care with no pressure, prioritizing procedures.
Always go knowing I will receive superb care, in other words, the best dentist I’ve ever had.

I was looking for a new dentist and one call to this place was enough to cross it off the list. The receptionist sounds like she hates her life and is rude and unfriendly. She responds to all questions in a lazy I don’t care manner, and when you say thank you, she said «uhuh» and hangs up. No thank you back, no goodbye. I’m sorry but that kind of customer service is atrocious. I don’t know how people like that end up getting customer service positions when they clearly have zero people skills. At this point no matter how good the doctor is, the receptionist’s ridiculously terrible attitude is a deal breaker.

I have been coming to Dr. Phan for a few years now. He is a caring and meticulous doc! I love everyone in his office. I had some old fillings replaced and they were done perfectly! My teeth are so clean that I hate to eat after an appointment. They are conveniently located just off of the 215.

I came in on a Saturday right before a holiday weekend and I wasn’t a patient of theirs prior. Without even asking, the lady at the front desk found insurance like mine and calculated the costs for me. I had to pay out of pocket but she took the time to assure me of my coverage and said whatever was leftover after my insurance paid would be credited back to me. Everyone worked quickly and was very friendly. I wasn’t able to have my wisdom tooth extracted that day because it was infected but they explained everything and prescribed me medication and referred me to a good oral surgeon. I will be going back to them from now on.

If you want quality dental care with a personal & caring level of service this is the office to visit.
We discovered Dr. Phan after our insurance dropped our other dentist in LV. We are sure glad we did too. The entire staff is friendly and professional and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Phan actually does the cleaning and at the end of his long day he takes the time to call to check on your comfort after any procedure. We have never had this level of care before. This is truly a unique and significant elevation of care in any medical practice.
Another plus is that Dr. Phan does not rec. or pressure you for extra or unneeded procedures like some of our other dentist have. That alone is a worth noting.

It was last Thursday that I decided to chew on a caramel chocolate covered nuts and my crown decided to come off of my tooth. My tooth was sensitive to everything, including sipping water. I was in panic mode because I currently don’t have insurance because I am still in my 90 day probationary period until March 2013. I called Dr. Phan’s office. Receptionist Nemi picked up the phone and let me know she will call me back to see if she can squeeze me in since the day is pretty much booked. An hour later, she called me to let me know to visit the office at 5pm. When I arrived, we figured out that the crown was done by the previous dentist, way before I knew of Dr. Phan. Then I thought, of course it can’t be Dr. Phan’s doing. His work is flawless. On top of that, it was the same crown that Doc Phan had advise me to get it redone at year end 2011, because there is a small gap that will cause problem in the long run. Boy was he right about that.
Instead of turning me away for 1.) imperfect work that was performed by another dental office and 2.) me not having insurance, Dr. Phan and the entire staff of Town & Country Dental welcomed me with open arms. They took the time to have my crown back where it should be. My mind was in la la land due to how appreciative I was of the office, that I didn’t follow direction. I didn’t bite down hard enough on the bite stick.
On Friday, I texted Doc about my off-​bite, he asked me to swing by the office at 5pm so he can adjust it. I went by the office again, they welcomed me yet again. My bite was perfect.
I feel very indebted to the entire staff of Town & Country Dental because at the time of need, when I don’t have insurance, they did not turn me away. Instead, they treated me with kindness and restore my bite. I will be a patient of Doc Phan fo life.
