The Tonnesen Team of Berkshire Hathaway Las Vegas has been selling real estate locally in the Las Vegas Valley for more than 30 years and has done over $ 500 million in sales. Our boutique team consists of 16 professional sales associates plus experienced management support staff. Diann and Glen T.

Business Owner

Diann and Glen Tonnesen, team leaders, moved to Las Vegas in the late 70’s. They were among the first Realtors in Nevada to recognize the power and potential of the Internet in the late 90’s and developed their own web sites, which generate more than 1200 new registered buyers every month. After more than 25 years as top agents in the country with both Century 21 and Prudential, they retired from the field. For the past seven years Diann has focused on managing the team web presence and advertising, and Glen handles business affairs.

Patty Annis, team manager, has more than 35 years of experience in Las Vegas real estate sales. Not only has Patty managed an entire Prudential office of more than 400 agents, she also owned her own real estate company before joining the Tonnesen Team. Patty monitors each transaction and uses her vast knowledge and connections in the local market to help our agents get their escrows closed successfully.
