This place is amazing.
I just have have to take the time out to acknowledge all the wonderful people in this building. They really take the time to listen to my concerns and effectively give me the best rates on the planet. ASHLEY AND JENNIFER Instantly became like family to me. I wish I could give them SIX stars. I was referred by a friend to join STATEFARM, specifically this office and easily I can do the very same to everyone I know.

After nine years of being a client of Todd Brown, I am sickened to say over this last year the customer service, lack of accountability and all over concern for his clients has drastically gone down. To the point I am no longer a client of his. After almost a year of putting up with his shortcomings that have cost me over $ 1000 I could not take it anymore. My husband and I were set up on his automatic withdrawal system, once my husband’s card expired we had to bring in the new updated card no big deal or so I thought. Over the next seven months or so I had to go in and re-​sign the automatic withdraw paper show the card and then pay my bill as every month I was getting a letter informing me my bill had not been paid. In April I came in pretty upset as this was becoming a monthly issue. I was reassured as I re-​signed the same paper and showed my card once again that this would not happen again. When the letters stopped coming I was relieved. Until I went to go renew my car registration only to find out I had had a lapse in car insurance. When I called to find out what happened he refused to take any accountability in not informing a client who has been with him for almost a decade that she was driving around without insurance. No apologies and nothing to fix this and because of their lack of not only service but being able to do their jobs correctly the DMV is charging me over thousand dollars in fines between my husband and I. After nine years of never missing a payment being a loyal customer and seen that this last year they had an issue with their computer systems running the correct card a phone call should’ve been made. Luckily I found out of their mistake this way instead of being in a car accident. I will never be a state from Client again and I strongly advise anyone considering State Farm and especially Todd Brown to go somewhere else he doesn’t care about you, he doesn’t do his job right and he will only cost you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Try going to this place and have the best insurance for a very reasonable price. I did get full coverage for my two brand new vehicle plus a renters insurance and it was with discount. Very pleased with the price and i highly recommend this state farm agent.
