I’m very disappointed. My husband bought me a lovely watch that cost him 900 dollars for Christmas from this store. We went in to have it sized and when we took the watch back home it fell off my wrist. One of the screws holding the links together was missing. We finally get around to taking my watch back in to the store and it was the worst experience. We came in and we show the girl working there the watch. She acting very short with us then tells us they will have to order in the screw from Germany and that we will have to pay for it! Wow. My husband got very upset with her and said there was no f-​ing way he was paying for it! I’m sad, I just wanted to wear my new watch. The girl got very upset with my husband and got even more rude with him. Asked him who sold him the watch and he reminded her that it was her. She said well I don’t remember you. And said she definitely would now with how he acted. Told him to leave his name and number and the watch and she’d call when it was ready. Of course my husband shouldn’t have used profanity to get his feelings across but she was being very rude. I hate that I had to leave my watch in there and now have to return for the 4^th time for this one watch. I feel very uncomfortable going back in this store with how things went down. The girls that work in this store are rude and very make you feel dumb for even being in the store. I’m almost in tears at the thought of having to go back there.
