Thin-​X was founded by professional mixed martial artist Kim ‘Sugar Free’ Couture. Thin-​X is proud to offer weight loss and fitness services for every goal and ability level. Business Owner

Kim Couture is a mother, a model, a business woman and an in-​your-​face mixed martial arts fighter who has been changing the world of MMA and bringing acceptance for female fighters around the world in a once male-​dominated sport.

Kim grew up in a small mountain town in Colorado where she was involved in team roping and barrel racing at an early age. If that wasn’t enough to keep her busy, she was active in farm duties like cattle drives, bailing hay, and breaking horses on a regular basis.

Kim has worn many hats over the years including police officer, team roper, casino executive, entrepreneur, and fashion model. But she is probably best known for her role in redefining the sport of women’s mixed martial arts.

Throughout her professional MMA career Kim has trained with some of the world’s finest athletes. She brings years of training and knowledge gathered from around the globe and gives it to you with no punches pulled.
