We consulted with several other attorneys before retaining Jeff. Out of all the lawyers and firms we spoke with Jeff seemed to be the most informative and knowledgeable about how to handle our case. He didn’t ask what we wanted. Instead told us what the options were for optimal results. Jeff completed what he said he would and we were more than satisfied with his services. I have one word for this firm… WOW! All I can say Mike Kane and Jefferson Temple are 2 AWESOME attorneys and very hard working and dedicated to client service. I was in a position in which another attorney literally ruined a can’t lose case to the point where I was more than likely going to have to just drop them. I went lawyer shopping and one thing that surprised me is 2 other attorneys recommended Mike Kane. Upon our consultation, I knew he was the attorney I wanted to retain. He was professional, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy. I was very skeptical upon whom I would retain to clean up the mess the other guy made. Mike took over my case and immediately did a 180 on just about everything. He came up with legal approaches that my previous attorney never even thought of and got evidence I didn’t know existed! This guy thinks outside the box. You show Mike a square, and he shows you 8 sides to the square. A contractor defrauded me and didn’t pull permits in my remodel. The first thing Mike said to me was, «Have you checked the yellow pages from 2009 when he did the work? Maybe he advertised his fraudulent services.» MY JAW DROPPED! He was on the case for 5 minutes and before he even opened my file he had my golden ticket. When I reported this finding to the Contractor’s Board my investigator (he was also being criminally fined by the NV State Contractor’s Board) said, «I wish you had that when you filed your complaint because I would have fined him even more.» When it came to our arbitration hearing, all that I can say is by the time it was over, I started to feel sorry for him (the contractor I sued). MIKE LITERALLY BUTCHERED THIS GUY AND HIS ATTORNEY! I won on ALL of my claims! On top of that, my arbitration decision came the very next day! Most decisions take about 2 weeks to get. But Mike is a pit-​bull in the court room and he got my case closed FAST!

Michael and Jeff are absolutely the best attorneys I could recommend to anyone in Las Vegas. They are extremely professional, knowledgable and on top of things when it comes to getting back to you and responding to questions. They are a perfect example of what a great law firm is.
