Absolutely LOVE living here! The staff is great and always so helpful! I’m so happy I chose the Willlows to call home! They were so welcoming from day 1 & even still when I bring my daughter up front they just adore her and are pleasant to talk to! THANK YOU!

Moved in in June and I’m happy to call Willows at Spring Valley my home. After a shotgun move from the SF Bay Area and staying in a cruddy daily/​weekly/​monthly place, Victoria definitely hooked us up with a great apartment with plenty of space for myself, my roommate, our cat and my ratties. So many other complexes said no to my adorable ratties as they were considered ‘exotic’ but they were welcomed here! Good pool, jacuzzi, gym and both package & food delivery have had no troubles making it to me. Maintenance has a decent turnaround time and are friendly. Haven’t had any unwanted pesky bugs in any of the rooms! Parking for both residents and guests seems pretty ample, at the very least, I’ve managed to find a decent guest parking spot when needed. Definitely appreciate that the resident parking is covered.
Only small complaints are the no decorating windows policy, which I understand as they don’t want inappropriate material in a family community but I will miss decorating for holidays and such. Second small complaint, the front gate sometimes doesn’t close all the way, which I understand can happen when the wind is really going, and if you have a motorcycle or scooter/​moped, the exit gate does not detect them to let you out. Thankfully, I can still get out using the pedestrian gate.
That said, I would definitely recommend this complex for singles, couples and families alike! Bring your dog, cat or other reasonable pets along too! =)

5 stars for willows.
Location is great… 1 block from Tropicana, only a 3 – 4 minutes from the strip.
Price… Very reasonable for what you get!
Unit… I have a 2br/​2bedroom, 2^nd floor unit and have never had an issue. Very nice hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and updated amenities.
Overall these guys are great.
Victoria and Chris are extremely nice and welcoming. Ray and Rick are always speedy fixing things and handle themselves professionally.
The only quandary I’d have is the office is slow to answer their phones sometimes, if/​when they do however they always take care of whatever question or need you may have. I will say the one or two reviews mentioning the people solicitation at your door is unfortunately somewhat right. My wife encountered them while I was at work. Next time it happened I just opened my door with a Glock .45 on my hip, and was last time they come knocking at place!
If you’re thinking to rent in the area I’d highly consider these guys. Friendly, affordable, and great location.

Love my apartment! Moved here from San fransisco in december, and can’t believe what you get for your money here. For less than a small studio apartment in the worst part of sf, I get a two bedroom apartment with 2 baths and a kitchen dining room (with great a.c.), and a balcony! Plus the community pools, gym and covered parking. Love to Victoria in management, the awesome grounds keepers and staff, and to the willows! You do it right! Thanks and keep up the great work!

I moved to Willows few weeks ago, and I love it here. I’m a medical student rotating in Vegas, and needed a place that was quiet. And Willows fit that criteria. My only complaint is the maintenance. They need to hire more people, there’s only one guy working here. I’m still waiting for something to be fixed.

We’ve lived here since December and I love it here. The staff is wonderful. Victoria is an awesome person. The maintenance men Ray & Rick are friendly, funny & professional. They get the job done in speed you wouldn’t believe! The new manager Chris is professional & friendly. The apartment is great. The property is enjoyably for walks, weather permitting.

I have been living at The Willows for over a year and it is the best apartment complex that I have been at while in Vegas.
The best thing about this place is the staff in the front office, Esther and Victoria. They are very nice and professional and have quickly fixed any problems that I have had. The only problem that I have ever had was one of my kitchen faucet handles breaking about a month after I moved in. This issue was fixed the next day after I reported it.
Also, the apartments themselves are the nicest ones in this area. The community is gated. There are 2 really nice pools. Every week they have a crew that comes and trims the bushes and cuts the grass among other things to make everything look really clean and well kept.
Another great thing about this place is the location. There is a 24 Hour Fitness located about ½ mile away that I go to and it being so close makes it really convenient to workout consistently. Also these apartments are close to Town Square, The Strip and both the 15 and 215 so going anywhere is a breeze.
Overall, great place to live.

Moved in here December 2014, best move I could of done, after searching and searching for the perfect place to live, after numerous properties viewed we landed in here at the Willows, location is amazing, our management is super awesome (Victoria and Esther, you will love them!) which is a great plus! After we moved in, they immediately took care of any issues we encountered in our apartment, even replaced the whole floor over some blemishes it had that my girl was unhappy about. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be at, extremely happy, highly recommended to all my friends and readers of this Unilocal review! But seriously though, you will not be disappointed, everyone here is friendly and always great vibes, trust me, coming from your local radio guy! This is a great place to live!

I just moved out of Willows and I must say I am sad to leave because of the great staff that works there. The only reason I am leaving is because I purchased a home. I lived there for 2 years and although I would love more parking it worked for me and my family for the most part. Maintenance is great they keep the grounds looking really good. I was here when the management changed and the new management team definitely cares more about the community.

We have been tenants for over 7 years and always have had great service. The office employees Victoria and Esther are very professional and very helpful. I would recommend this complex to everyone in Las Vegas!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a month already! This is the first place we lived that didn’t feel like an apartment but a house! Wood vinyl floors, open living room and bedroom and we have a second floor with vaulted ceilings! There’s space to walk our dog and it’s great!

for the last 3 years I’ve moved to 3 different apartments, I’m so glad I took the oppurtunity to actually lease this place, and realize after walking into my new apartment I was so happy to see high valuted ceiling, my accent wall and the condition of the apartment. With that being said, the community is perfect not to large, and the access to both gyms on property is amazing. Victoria was the best within help and keeping us inform and real with whats going on. I’m so glad that we can call willows home and finally a place that is close to everything right in the middle of las vegas, nothing to complain about so I give it a 5 start, finally…

Worst place I’ve lived in my life. It is a run down community. They have a bunch of promises that they don’t keep. They have put sticker violation on my car at least 3 times. My car was not in violation. When I have confronted them in the office about this they couldn’t even give me so much as an apology. The staff is rude and works on there own time. The apt is less than par and bugs have been found in the apartment. The carpet has been not glued down properly.
I would never in my life refer a friend to this property. I can not wait to get out of this catastrophe. The staff is really what has made this experience such a night mare. Esther who is the manager really puts the icing on the cake as I could never tell someone with a clean conscience this is a good place to live.

I moved in April 7^th, and I have never been happier. It actually ok me a couple of weeks and 2 visits to make up my mind. I am a first time renter, so I was pretty much nervous and stressed.
Esther the apartment manger has been great and honest from the beginning. She’s made me feel like home and is very attentive to my needs as a renter.
No place is perfect, but they have resolved every and any issue I’ve had right away.
I definitely recommend you come check this place out. It’s worth the visit.
Great location to the strip; for those who like to be close, but not too close, and far, but not too far. There’s a 24 hour fitness minutes away, and there are plenty of groceries stores around the area. A really cool dog park on Tropicana and of course, a Starbucks!

This place is awful! I’ve lived her for almost 11 months and cannot wait to be out of here. In the past 11 months my dishwasher, air conditioning, oven, garbage disposal, toilets, and front door have all had major problems such as completely breaking, my lock on front door wouldn’t open and close and the handle on my toilet broke. As if all these wasn’t enough, I was without these for almost weeks at a time, calling the office and maintenance several times a week until they would be fixed. The maintenance would basically be lazy and not come up, and the office women didn’t give a crap. Horrible customer service all together. When I was out of town for a few days around when rent was due, I had a friend watching my apartment and also give them my rent. When she was there they were very rude to her face and made negative comments about me and basically called me a flake to my friend. The pools are disgusting and never cleaned. They never shut the gates so just anyone can come in! A result of this was my tires and my neighbors both being slashed, our other neighbors scooter was completely stolen. Also most of the problems inside our apartment had happened to our neighbors a well. Do not move here unless you want to be treated horribly!

I just moved out after living here for just 6 months, Thank God. It was quite an experience.
When I moved in, I had cockroaches in my kitchen. I saw and killed 5 within a week! After I told management, they eventually fumigated — but only after I killed a handful more.
Also, when I moved in, a bunch of things were broken or things didn’t work properly. When I delievered the «evaluation of the apartment» form, I expected that most of them would be fixed. However, I called two weeks later to see why they didn’t come in and fix them and it turns out they lost my paper, so they didn’t know what was broken but they never asked me to fill out another one!
4 months went by with little to no aggravation.
It was only in the last month that I experienced even more turmoil.
In the morning, a random guy will be in the dumpsters shifting through your trash. Why you may ask? Because the management never closes the gate, so anyone can walk in at night. Seriously, the front gate (which normally requires a passcode) was left open 90% of the time I lived there. I eventually forgot the passcode because there was no need to remember it anymore!
Days before I moved out, my bike was stolen from me. For 5 months and 25 days, my bike had been locked up against the stairs to my apartment. When I moved in, I specifically asked if the bike would pose a problem, to which management said no, that it was completely fine because people left out grills etc. So when I called up the management to see if they would help in anyway, she let me know that the it was not her duty to help me and that I should not have left my bike outside of my apartment.
Not to mention gas syphoning, rude management, dirty pools and limited parking.
