Terrible customer service! I went in to buy a few supplements. When I brought my items to the register there were two clerks behind the counter. They carried on their conversation during the entire transaction. I was not asked if I found everything I needed or even greeted… At the end of the transaction, I said «have a great day…» They still did not respond. I stopped and explained to the two twenty something year olds (male/female) that their customer service was terrible. They gave me a ½ assed apology. I asked who their manager was and the female stated that she was the manager. I told them that this was apparently going nowhere and left. The manager did not care and continued on with their conversation. Will never give them another cent… Plenty of other nutrition places in the immediate area.

For the record this place closes at 8pm not 9pm like it’s posted.
I came here 2 weeks ago to get some fish oil and quest bars and I was glad to see they had both.
The prices here are fair. I’d say that they are similar to GNC.
What I like about this particular Vitamin Shoppe is that the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you with whatever questions you may have.
I’ve been to other locals and sadly I can not say the same.
I’m glad this store is by my house and I highly recommend them!
