I had a very pleasant experience, and found all of the staff members I interacted with to be very professional and courteous.
RN Kelly handled most of the procedure, and did a great job.
I got all of the necessary vaccinations in a very prompt manner.
I would highly recommend to anyone needing vaccinations prior to travel.

I have gone there twice for travel consultation, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I am always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The office is clean. Finally, the doctor reviews everything I need and talks as long as required to answer all of my questions. I never feel like I am rushed. If you’re traveling overseas and need vaccines a/​o meds, this is the place to go!

I recommend this place 1000%, they were outstanding. Quick reservation on phone, professional & friendly staff, simple registration process. Here’s where it gets kicked into overdrive for me. I came in for a large blood draw today and I have a very hard time giving blood. My nurse was Kelly. She was already gentle and friendly with me but telling her about the trouble I had… she was understanding and encouraging, so patient — it took me about 10 minutes to prepare for the draw and when she did take the blood I found out she was an expert. There was no pain, she knew exactly how to angle the needle and she was super easy to talk with. Really, the best clinical experience of my life. Whenever I need any other blood work or vaccinations, I’m coming here and I hope you’re coming with me. There just isn’t a better place.

Bad experience, Don’t go there!
I was there trying to finish my exam for the immigration, I did one test on my arm and I needed to check it on Friday 5:30 (that was the latest, they close on 5:30 pm) i was in emergency in los angles and I call like 10 times and ask for them to wait for me like 15 min because I was stuck on traffic. They say they Can’t and they say to my husband that they going to give as the money back 159 $ but they not…
So now I need to with a one month to do this test again. And I was there 3 days ago asking for refund for 159 $ they reject me! So basically I pay for nothing… The bad service ever!!! I don’t recommend to anyone!!!

Horrible customer service. You think you are paying for convenience because they give you a confirmed appt time. But it takes weeks and multiple calls to get test results. They say they will «call the lab» and call you right back. They never do. Next time I’ll just go stand in line at the county. At least when they waste my time I won’t also be paying for it.

Great experience! The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful! Have me cards for my next appts amd even wrote down what I was coming back for. They also set me up for text/​email reminders ! When I received my vaccines, I had Lauren (I believe that was her name). She was AMAZING! I seriously have never had a shot experience so painless. She was also very friendly and nice! Great place!

Bad bad bad experience, I paid 400 $ for my immigration vaccine and tests and we was treated like a peace of shit… we had appointment on Tuesday at 9 am and we got cancel 30 min before the appointment (we took off from work to do this)
We got rescheduled for Thursday at 12 pm, when we got there 10 more people was scheduled at the same time like we was animals… we wait until 1:30 pm to get in !!!

One of the best vaccine places I have ever visited. I’ve used them for school and/​or work related reasons and have never had any issues. My wait times have never been longer than 2 – 3 minutes and they have always been more than courteous. I recently needed to stop in to do another 2 step TB test and from the receptionist to the EMT/​MA, my experience was wonderful. The EMT who administered my 1^st step was even nice enough to chat her academic history to me while she stuck me. I’ve never had a rude or bad experience and they also have some of the lowest prices in town!

Amazing is all I can say!
I was looking for immediate HIV results due to a positive chlamydia result from a cheating ex boyfriend and had anxiety from the chances of catching HIV as well. The same day I found out my chlamydia positivity, I was overwhelmed with stress and anxiety and wanted to know if I unluckily contracted HIV. I called the clinic 30 minutes before they closed requesting a same day HIV test result service and they happily told me to come in!!! Great service, great staff, and I was negative :) it was $ 100 well spent that relieved my anxiety and stress for the rest of the night (& days if I had gone anywhere else and waited for my results.) Stay safe ladies, & get tested with new partners! This scare has changed my whole perspective and approach towards my relationships.

I had to come here to get my necessary vaccinations for nursing school. If you are a student you get a discount and your office visit waved. Probably because they know you’ll need at least $ 300 worth of services. I was able to make am appointment next day which is great. I needed 6 shots, the nurse was very good, I felt much less than I was expecting. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I did have to spend about an hour there and waited in the room for my shots for probably 10 minutes or so even after everything was triple confirmed correct. If you’re getting a few shots, especially tetanus be prepared to be sore!

Wow! Where to begin! I chose this specific vaccine center because of its convenient location close to my work.
When I first called on a Sunday to make an appointment of course I was just gonna see if someone would actually possibly answer the phone (there is always a chance) I got to the voicemail and hung up, planning on simply calling again the next morning. However just about an hour later I received a call back from them, which I missed, so they left me a voicemail stating that they received a missed call from this number and they were looking to see if they could be of any assistance! I was impressed! Long story short — I left them another voicemail as a response to that and then received a call back right away on Monday morning. I then made an appointment for the following Wednesday! At that point I already appreciated the immense friendliness and the great and convenient customer service. From the follow-​up Calls to the appointment confirmation and follow up Emails it all went smooth and easy for me as a patient/​customer. That amazing customer service continued at the vaccine center from the moment I entered! Friendly and attentive staff, being very patient (since it was my first time there and I am foreign) and guiding me through the whole process. Every single person I had to deal with during my appointment was beyond friendly and more than happy to explain anything to me or answer any of my questions, which I really appreciate generally!
The process for signing in was smooth and easy, the waiting area wasn’t packed with people and the waiting time was very short!
They handled all my paperwork very professionally and made sure it was all taken care of!
I actually can’t wait to go back for my follow up appointments :)
From my understanding the prices are reasonable as well and either way it’s absolutely worth the money.

Don’t come here if u need any documents with immigration. they lost my paperwork and take them 3 weeks to get everything done. should only take 2days

I just had the best experience and customer service I have had while getting a physical done at The Vaccine Center (Northwest location)

I went in to have a CDL physical done for my job. The doctor, nurse, and the front desk assistant were all friendly. I got in and out in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend The Vaccine Center. Thanks guys!!!

My son is going to Brazil this summer and needed some vaccinations. We got a referral to the Vaccine Center from the Health District because they didn’t have the yellow fever vaccine that he would need. I didn’t even know this place existed, but then again, I haven’t traveled anywhere lately that would require vaccines. The first appointment is $ 65, which covers education and prescriptions; any vaccinations are extra. The education part was a very thorough explanation with a doctor who reviewed my son’s itinerary, where he was going to be, and for how long. He used his computer to show us interactive maps of Brazil which were color-​coded with the danger zones marked for malaria, yellow fever, typhoid, influenza, etc. The doctor went over the vaccines that were necessary for entry into the country, which ones were recommended, and which ones were optional. For example, the malaria medicine is not necessary for the southern part of Brazil where my son is going, but it is recommended for northern parts of the country. The Vaccine Center’s database is updated every 24 hours using the CDC’s protocols, so they are up to date on what travelers need. I liked the fact that they didn’t push us to get vaccines that weren’t necessary. Everything the doctor went over in the office was also sent to us via e-​mail, complete with the maps that outline risk areas, disease facts, as well as facts about the particular country, basic preventive measures, safety and emergency info, consulate information, medical care info, and more – I was impressed!
The teenager ended up getting two shots: the yellow fever vaccine and the flu shot, and oral typhoid medicine on ice to go. We also got a prescription for Cipro that could be filled at the pharmacy; just in case the kid gets Montezuma’s Revenge over there, he’ll have the stuff with him. The person administering the shots went over each one, reviewing possible side effects and made sure she answered any questions that we had.
Overall, I was very pleased with our visit, especially when you need all your health bases covered and you want to make sure your loved ones (including yourself) are protected. They also offer immunizations, TB tests, STD testing, and other services shot-​related. These people know their stuff.

Staff is friendly, clean place, and service is fast.
