This trail is mostly through a neighborhood. Super clean and well maintained with little parks throughout. If you start at the trail head on Trail Center dr, there’s a good 2 mile loop if you turn around at the little park with the white sand and old-time swing set.

I’m a Summerlin resident and I take my dog to Trails park daily. I used to live in the Lakes before, and although fitness trail around the lake was fun and picturesque, Trails park is way better! This park has 4 playground/green lawn zones which are connected by the main trail. You can walk, ride a bike, etc — trail is wide enough to fit everyone. Landscaping boasts various trees, shrubs and cacti which bloom one after another, so you always see a spot of color regardless of the month. It’s almost like Springs Preserve! A lot of residents hang here daily with their dogs and we let our pups have a play date. I’ve met the sweetest and friendliest people in Vegas on my walks here. I haven’t tried the pool yet, but going to do it this week.

Located in the Trails neighborhood of Summerlin, this little park has a lot going on. The community pool has a diving board, two lap lanes, as well as a separate kiddie pool(there is a fee to use this pool and you must go with a Summerlin resident if you’re a non-resident). There are also baseball fields, basketball courts, and a playground. Located right across the street from the Summerlin Library, this park is popular because it’s got something for everyone.
